发帖数: 52 | 4 自己没有做过clerk，不过当年同学很多去联邦上诉法院的（不知道为什么，很少去联
邦地区法院的）。如果想做诉讼的话，去联邦上诉法院做clerk还是很好的经验。一般
都是跟做过Summer的大所达成默许，去联邦上诉法院做一年后回大所。法学院会有专门
的老师会帮助你准备所有的材料。好像是9月初就可以面试，法官大多很快就给完offer
了。拿到offer的一般成绩都是Top 1/3 （法学院是Top 10），当然也有Top10%申请联
邦上诉法法院没拿到offer的（可能是申请了9th Cir.和2d Cir.这种竞争激烈的地方）
。你要跟你的法学院负责clerk申请的老师谈一下，如果你的成绩和背景不错的话，他
们会帮你准备材料的。
对州法院一点的不了解，因为可能只有1-2个同学因为找不到大所或其他合适的工作去
州法院。他们也不好意思讲。
对了，联邦法院的clerk需要是公民。 |

品名都是按照外包装抄的。
曾经有过clerk要求把价格调成整数，只是解释说方便填系统，我也没多想，就让她修
改了。
也有碰到过clerk很不和蔼的，有的时候记得了，下一次就肯定不再找那个人。
我看每次邮寄完，给我receipt的时候，clerk都会在尾部画个圈，让我去那个地址填写

charge602刀， 找他们理论，理由是没打扫卫生，他请人帮我打扫卫生了、问题卫生是
我老婆打扫的，他们check的时候很满意了，我没在场，当时没让我老婆签字，，现在
估计是搬出后那个学校那个clerk，在财务上出了错，在找理由怎么补我这个收费理由
，居然还有模有样的弄了3张假statement，说那天几点有人去帮我打扫卫生了，要
charge多少钱，报到上级去，我们一个月后发现账单，当我们发现后，投诉他的上级那
里去，他的上级说要查查，不知道他们那里找的到这个假账的来源去脉不。
这个黑白颠倒太恐怖了，不知道谁又没有碰到过如何推翻假statement的事情啊，找小
法庭律师有用吗？我们有证人，显然他们那里出的全是伪造的证据！大家以后到LSU要
小心啊，这个学校的clerk态度可恶，居然都能黑成这样。
