，因为不带cleat，然后SH51local买不到。就买了一个SH56，然后买了个A520.郁闷地
是发现A520自带一个SH51。
买过来，飞轮不要装。要装前轮，前刹，坐垫，脚踏，车把。第一次装可能会花点时间
，但是基本不需要特别地工具。一般地有车工具就可以了 |

磨，所以总想往小里买。有了你的信息，俺就知道了。非常感谢。
以前除了没装过飞轮，辐条，中轴，整个车都被我拆过好几遍了。
cleat属于磨损件，留一副备用也不错。
好不容易逮着实际用户，再问几个问题，别烦啊，呵呵。
照片上看车的颜色不太亮，实际看着如何？
它的脚踏很烂吗？是容易意外脱出，还是clip in的时候很涩？
前叉是碳叉吗？看着不像啊。还是说外面就贴了一层碳布啊？

problem to your knee. It should feel very solid as if the center line of
pushing force is in the center of a rod from ankle to knee when it is in the
right position. Otherwise, you create a small lever if the force line is in
front of your knee.
Sounds like you have tendinitis. Massage around your knee whenever you have
a chance can help a lot. My personal experience is to use hot patch (you
have to find one that is good) |

来没什么不舒服，但是两个月下来左脚脚踝一直很疼。本来以为是踢球踢的，但周末我
把cleat角度调整，左脚角度基本上很右脚差不多。整体朝内但角度很小。这两天骑下
来感觉脚踝一点都不疼痛了。想问问大家是怎么弄的 |

我在穿山地车鞋蹬打蛋器骑公路车十年后，终于尝试到了公路鞋和脚踏的好处。
这次半铁比赛穿的是小芳的Shimano Tri31蹬的是Look Keo 2 Max。最大的感觉就是稳
固，鞋和脚踏完全锁死，一点儿都不晃动，决不可能不小心脱落出来。（也许是我的旧
鞋的cleats磨损太厉害了，经常骑着骑着鞋就脱离脚踏了。）

I rode a few years wearing tennis shoes... getting cycling shoes were the
best upgrade I ever had. I don't understand why I didn't realize all cycling

从axle上摔脱落了，看了下好像是里面的连接bearing的部位断了。摔了以后我其实并
没注意到任何异常，骑出去大慨半迈后，发觉右脚在晃荡，还以为是cleat松了，仔细
一看原来是pedal从轴承上脱下来了。 |

when it's wet and dark outside.
I don't use vaseline for any of my ride. The only exception was at this year
's Muskoka 70.3 only because I was trying out the brand-new 2XU trisuit. I
applied body-glide under there, and still got chafing issue after the race.
Never had that problem with my bib-shorts.
With numbing toes, get a pair of cycling booties. Or if you are cheap like

，谁知道真的是大了一号。。。
之前的脚伤，有一个明显的问题就是伤脚的脚腕比另外一个要粗。这个穿衣服的时候能
够体会出来。坑爹呀。。。

发帖数: 3799 | 50 上礼拜买的mountain bike, 一直没有时间试试，终于周末了，赶在飓风Sandy來之前，
出去试试。
骑车到目的地，一路上就觉得这MTB真稳当，什么cracks，potholes一律视而不见，轻
松碾过. 目的地是离家不远的一个 reservoir。 到了以后发现有很多人都在trail上跑
步。在trail 上骑了一会，就换到bike trail上去了。这bike trail 很窄，而且有很
多rocks, 开始的时候我还有点害怕，后来慢慢意识到我骑的是29er，根本就没事，才
放心大胆的骑。遇到大下坡，我就退缩了，怯怯的推车......
再说说这摔吧，今天摔了两次。第一次是过桥，桥边有个curb，我要冲上去的，冲之前
，心理嘀咕了一下，脚上下意识的clip off....（忘了说了，我装了cleats）,结果就
是慢动作般的摔倒了河边的草丛里，摔下去了以后，我就笑了，这就叫“阴沟里翻船”
啊。 LG跑过来，把我扶起来，我拍拍土，发现手上和小腿划了几个口子，手上的流血
了，腿上的没有.......
第二次摔是在一个泥坑里，我看到泥坑，就想到要绕过去，可能潜意识里我还是觉得我
