当回祥林嫂，上来诉一下苦。前几天买了辆新车，自然要再买对pedal，本来是件挺美
好的事儿，结果被shoe/pedal/cleat折腾了一把。
买pedal的时候财迷了一下，想买个二手的，就在craigslist上找了一个卖look carbon
的。去了一看，原来是个专卖roadie散件的小白。就跟他商量了一下，拿aerobar换了
pedals，反正有新的tri bike了。
回家一看，傻X了：这pedal跟我现有的look delta cleat不work. 老婆问我怎么愁眉
苦脸的，我说：我真傻，真的。我原以为look的产品都是兼容的，没想到delta和keo不
兼容。。。

wears off a piece of sole and cleat. By just practicing clip in/out in
neighborhood and a few traffic lights, the cleats and shoes' protection grip
showed some cut. I feel these thing won't last long due to necessary foot
traffic, other than pedaling/clipping.
Anyone has experience? |

发帖数: 473 | 26 根据你的baseboard的宽度和厚度决定用多少gauge的钉子, 通常至少是16 gauge的, 这
个你可以在HD或Lowe买到, Porter-cable的.
订地板可以用cleat或者staple, 有一部分人认为cleat相对好一点, 因为cleat带倒刺,
一旦进去很不容易出来, 这样就可以和subfloor结合的更好一些. cleat需要其专用的
钉枪, 比方说powernail的floor nailer.
气动的东东需要一个air compressor, 管子,和接头, 这些HD/Lowe都有卖. 3gal 100
psi够用, 其实如果自用, 1-2 gal的就够了, 用过makita的2 gal compressor, 很好.

面上螺丝，也可以直接从正面打螺丝，和furnace 那端只要尺寸算准还是很容易连接的
。与ADP coil那端我想可以在transition box 那端的4边直接弯个1寸宽的90度，如果
太麻烦的话ADP开口处装上standing s cleat，这样就更容易连接了。
s cleat 装在transition box 的4条边上做连接用，但最后做好后还得两段打两个螺
丝彻底固定牢固。

我赶紧继续骑下去，同时终于把锁鞋脱开了。
到了办公室，我平时一直锁住的左脚居然也拧不下来，最后是把鞋子脱下，硬生生拧下
来。
一看，nnd, 原来左右脚鞋子的cleat都各有一个螺丝不见了，然后整个cleat 就滑动了
，整个跟着鞋子转，拧，根本就脱不下来！
大家要小心啊，我琢磨，是不是因为我上cleat的时候，把附带的一块朔料垫片放在
cleat 和鞋底之间，我原来另一双鞋没有用，结果就很紧。

nashbar pedal (i used these pedals a few years ago). does the right pedal
work? try tilting the cleats.
FYI "SPD compatible" means only that the cleats can be mounted on SPD shoes.
it does not say what cleats are compatible with these pedals.

也就是说你买了踏板以后，那个踏板相配的cleat必须要能安在你的鞋上面。
据我所知mountain的大多数应该是两个洞吧，road的3个或者4个洞
你应该先考虑买什么样的踏板 mountain的还是road的，然后再买鞋，两者要兼容。同
一种鞋能兼容多种踏板，但不能兼容所有的踏板
== mountain的踏板，鞋子cleat是设计成可以正常走路的，穿road的鞋走路的话，走起
来像鸭子，走多了cleat很快就挂了需要换 |

look compatible system, they are calling it spd-sl system. But I guess it's
useful to have a unique name since although they have look style mounts,
they are not compatible with delta and keo standards. I wish the naming

之后不适合走路。（想象一下皮鞋把鞋跟拆掉的样子）
山地鞋装上cleats之后鞋底还是平的可以正常走路。
你也可以把踏板拆了装上你买的那个，有些公路鞋是可以装spd cleat的，不过都上spd

算了，高度概括一下：
没骑完，skip了30mile，本来以为平淡无奇，结果还是有些有趣地方的。
准备
gym练习骑车两次两小时，周二拿到车，组装好，试了一下。周五拿到其他装备，出发
去长岛。
骑车
6点到集合点，7点我们两人出发。
30mile休息站，出发时候，cleat cover摘下来，cleat上螺丝掉了，遍地找了一下，找
到上了上去
40mile地方，红灯起步，把鞋底拉掉了下来。醉了。只好让同伴继续走。本来想quit坐
车到终点。想到许三多不抛弃，不放弃的格言，更觉得所有的准备才骑了40mile太亏，
就想出了买鞋继续的办法。先拆了cleat，联系车店买鞋，等了快两小时组织者的车才
来。。第一家店放了鸽子，根本没有我尺码，电话里面还说有。。本来不好意思耽误司
机时间继续找，巡逻车的司机很好，让我继续找。第二家买到了，被往回拖了10mile，
回到休息站。
坐组织者的大巴，skip 30mile，在water mill 跟朋友碰头，骑完最后30mile

发帖数: 7016 | 38 市面上的普通kayak anchor trolley package包括两只pulley，几颗padeye，几颗
rivet或者螺钉，以及rope。看了这个套装里的东西，特别是pulley，我觉得不如自己
DIY，可以用更好一点的pulley。最后选了Lowes的pulley，BPS买了padeye，trifold
rivet，还有zigzag cleat。
youtube上一般的安装方法是装在一侧，尽量靠头靠尾，但我看到的都离头尾顶端都有
一段距离，因为看到的几乎所有的padeye都是横着装，所以没法装在船头或者船尾的尖
上。
只装一侧有时候会觉得不方便，这一点新手我kayak fishing两次就觉察到了。比如我
有一次想把船的右边拴在树桩上，而只有左边有anchor trolley，这种情况下我得把船
转180度，但转过来之后可能因为风向的原因，钓鱼就不顺手了。
如果两侧都装anchor trolley，按常规装法，得打两套洞，也就是说钉至少要装4个
padeye。
我这个方法，只用2个padeye，竖着装在前后沿上，不会撞着，两侧的trolley可以共用

Plenum 分为四片， 然后一片一片装上去。
1）先做最后面那一片，如果后面那片是17-1/2 X 14-1/2（目测）,裁的尺寸是，左
右各留1寸，上下留1/2寸, 那应该是19-1/2 X15-1/2，当你划线完后，会见到长方形的
4个角，把角剪掉，3个边朝里弯90度，只留一面17-1/2寸的不要弯。装到furnace 上，
这时下边和furnace 连接处螺丝是由上朝下打入固定，左中右，打3个螺丝即可。上边
与coil 的连接固定是螺丝由里朝外打入，也是打三个即可。
2）这时你可以把前面固定coil的螺丝慢慢松掉，稍微降一点，再把固定螺丝打回去。
3）剪两根14-1/2寸S Cleat，插入第一片的左边和右边。
4）同样的方法做左边这片，装上后上面的固定螺丝能够从外面打入是最好，位置不够
的话也是从里边打出去。
5）同样的方法做右边这片，装上后上面的固定螺丝能够从外面打入是最好，位置不够

6）剪两根14-1/2寸S Cleat，插入左边和右边。

on的折过去的1/2的顶边如何和coil连接，按照您的方法没法由内向外打钉子呀。
您原来说的S Cleat和这次说的Standing S Cleat都应该对coil是一个不错的支撑。我
回来再思考一下哪种好。

自己做的话， 你得一块， 一块做对你来说既方便又快。先做底下那块，在左或者右，
最后是上面那块， 用到s cleat 会方便好多。 不需要用drive cleat， 会麻烦些。 |
