第一， 最高法院现在判决的是几个州关于禁止同性婚姻的case，也就是把那几个州关
于禁止同性婚姻的各州法律给否决了。 这种否决，使得这个判决做为基点法律，大家
都得遵守。
但是，你判定的同性婚姻成为法律后，就可能和其它法律特别是宪法冲突。比方，天主
教的教义所教导和尊从的婚姻就是一男一女的婚姻。而宪法对宗教的信仰是明确保护的
。那么，在宪法保护下的宗教信仰中的异性婚姻就和这次判决的同性婚姻明确抵制。这
样，有人就会控告州政府乱发同性婚姻结婚证而对抗宗教教义而没有履行宪法对宗教的
保护。要求州政府履行宪法对宗教的保护而废除同性婚姻。但州政府肯定不干，官司就
会被一步一步打到最高法院。到时，会不会最高法院再判决出个5：4的结果又据场把同

The volatile Republican presidential race in Iowa will come down to which
way an enormous chunk of undecided voters breaks in the coming days.
With the first-in-the-nation voting of the 2012 race for the White House
looming Tuesday, Mitt Romney is contending for victory in a state that

Jonathon Turley, a law professor at George Washington University, reports on
a disturbing case in which a state judge in Pennsylvania threw out an
assault case involving a Muslim attacking an atheist for insulting the
Prophet Muhammad.
Judge Mark Martin, an Iraq war veteran and a convert to Islam, threw the
case out in what appears to be an invocation of Sharia law.

Lots going on in the case today but the biggest news has got to be the
release by ABC News of the following photo:

He apologized to Martin's parents, an apology that was promptly rejected by
the family attorney.
What is becoming clearer is that there needs to be lots of apologies put
forth and most of them need to be directed at Zimmerman.

Democrats shouting the loudest about Mitt Romney’s reluctance to release
his tax returns do not apply the same standards to themselves, according to
a McClatchy News Service report.
Rep. Nancy Pelosi of California and Sen. Harry Reid of Nevada, the two
Democratic leaders of the Senate and the House of Representatives, are among
hundreds of elected officials from both parties who refused to release
