犹他州有很多居民喜欢在网上跳蚤市场（classifieds）上买卖多余物品，多数的时候
都是一种很愉快的经历。不过当买家忽然变身成强盗的时候，这就是噩梦了。
上周，Fatima女士在跳蚤市场（letgo）上卖她的苹果手表的时候，她就遇到这样一位
网名Greyson真名Samuel Bates的歹徒。当他们见面面交手表的时候，Bates反复要求查
看手表，但是鉴于Fatima的老公就在旁边，交易一开始没有任何异常，大家都认为交易
很快就能close。但是，就在这时候，当Fatima的老公离开太太去检查汽车准备回家的
时，Bates抢走手表拔腿就跑。Fatima夫妇在现场目瞪口呆。
警方和KSL的记者开始了协同调查，他们发现Bates是一名惯犯，Idaho州有多起他偷盗
的记录。而且Bates还在网上出售另外一辆他偷来的F250皮卡，只要4000刀。这一发现
让记者伪装成买家，和Bates联系上了。

I personally LOVE meat. I would rather die compared to give up meat. =P
But I also respect those vegans. They have their own belief in term of diet.
They make their own choice. No one else should ever try to intervene even
if he/she does not buy the idea. There are many great athletes who are vegan

彭帅又输了，又一个一轮游。
看上去，彭帅缺少一股拼劲，常常意想不到地掉链子，常常让人感到失望。
很多人崇拜李娜，因为李娜得过大满贯的冠军亚军。即使李娜大放厥词，各位也理解为
个人性格所致，小事一桩。
很多人欣赏郑洁，那么小小的个头，从不轻言放弃，常给人以意外之喜。
可彭帅，论身材，看着比郑洁高大；论心智，看着比李娜健全。可比赛成绩，落人之后
。有人大感不解。
可是很多人不知道，彭帅的心脏动过手术，至今上面还架着弹簧。在比赛中，彭帅的心
脏不会没有反应，而彭帅不能不顾及自己心脏的感受。
试问各位：你们可曾见过心脏有问题的人，还在参加职业体育比赛的？
见过，你们见过。你们见过彭帅，一个心脏有问题的人，一个心脏上还戴着弹簧的人，

军工公司里的白人都是这样子的, 很少谈自己的事, 老中就更死气沉沉. 比较突出的可
能就是名校刚刚出来的二逼老美, 我遇过两个berkeley的极品, non-thesis track master的那
种, 总是装得什么都很懂, 我一要求展开说说就屁也不懂. 总喜欢跟我谈炒股的事, 一
上来就blah blah went down 2 points today, blah blah blah, 其实他们的水平比股
版的青蛙还要青蛙.
还有颜面鄙视我上烂校, 我说我毕业论文很一般, 题目很偏, 当年导师的项目还缺人缺
钱, 所以都只是被引用了50多次, 然后就跟我装孙子. 够二的.
老中两个特点, 外f多, 老人多(45+). 中间年龄断层很大, 这几年进来的1.5代大陆移
民就算英语不算特别溜的也很abc, 都和白人靠得比较近.
defense公司是混日子的好地方, job security很好, 有工会, 虽然工资比不上湾区的
it巨头, 但是整体福利不错. 不过下层的想要向上爬也很难, 因为都不是merit-based

There is a list of universities in China. BUPT not on it.
Tsinghua is no.1 in the universities classified as Engineering Type
Nanking university is no.1 in the those classified as Comprehansive Type.
Beijing University is no.2 after Nanking university.
