在薄板上锯孔我才用。
我只切过shoe molding的斜角，shoe molding只有半寸高，circular saw从上面一刀就
能切断。
如果需要切更高的base molding，比如3寸高的，可以平放着用circular saw切，
circular saw的锯片最大可以调到跟水平面倾斜45度角。 |

我想铺个大概500sqft的laminate，底下带pad的。看了一些视频和书，觉得自己可以做
。省钱省不了多少，但可以练练手。
基本工具就那些，但因为要横向和纵向切割地板，所以需要用Circular Saw。因为之前
需要一直比较心灵手巧，但从来没有做过这种活儿，所以家人担心我用Circular Saw会
有潜在的危险。
现在想听听用过Circular Saw的朋友，用这个对于一个纯新手来说，是不是有比较大的
可能割到自己。或者有没有什么可以替代的工具来切割？
另外铺laminate是否如视频上一样的简单？有没有更多的trick和tip需要做了以后才能
体会到？

发帖数: 9607 | 6 任何电动锯子都有危险性。circular saw如果保证锯片够锋利，一般情况是安全的。
circular saw带个扳机，你必须一直用力扣着它锯片才转，好像table saw和miter saw
是一直都转的（没用过不敢确定）
circular saw安全的保证是工件用木工夹子夹在桌子或者锯马上，尽量不要完全靠手力
按着工件，一个夹子就几块钱，但是能使工作变得安全、高效、准确。 |

子，还是要用circular saw的。

还有 Circular Saw 可以控制 切口深度， Jigsaw 不可。比如，除旧地板，Circular
Saw 可以调到 只切 3/4“ 而不伤 Subfloor, Jigsaw 就用不上。 |

一定的力度稳定，注意安全。
miter saw： 重，摆在水平面操作，切缝平整，适合切角度，因为锯片大所以切缝深，
操作方便，安全，效率高。
最好都用110v，够劲。活多，质量要求高，miter saw必备。活少，circular saw。

circular saw切大板子，就算不提安全隐患，要切直也不太容易的。
circular saw的优点一是便宜，二是哪儿都能用用（万金油型的工具），缺点就是危险。
在电动工具里，circular saw的危险程度高于table saw（从前是table saw最危险，但
是table saw的技术改进了不少，比从前安全多了）。
电锯这东西，除非你买那种不切手的电锯，不遵照安全规范使用，都是危险的。
做好防护，在良好的工作空间使用，使用正确的锯片，遵照规范使用，用的时候集中注
意力，电锯也不危险。 |

instead of making cuts first and then carry lumber to site.
Circular saw is not as precise as miter saw for certain purpose, but if you
are handy, it can be made to be precise enough. |

最主要是把板子夹紧，然后用一个直的木条做依靠（也夹紧），就可以锯的直，也安全。
对了，还要买个好的锯片，便宜电锯自带的锯片很垃圾，去home depot花10块钱买的锯
片就非常好用了。

Or you can can get a large radial arm saw that can cut both directions (RWKR
favorite)
Anything with a cord will be powerful enough for what you need.
If all your cut ends and sides are going to be under trim pieces (baseboard), you can get away with only a corded circular saw. But takes some practice to cut length wise.
