if you want to be an chief actuary in China according to recent regulations
you should pass one law exam, do not need to have the chinese actuarial
certificate.
However, at the time when you come back to China, maybe it will need Chinese
actuary certificate to be the chief.The regulations change frequently,and CIRC pay more attention to the Chinese exams these days.

marrow transplantation.都是放射性处理老鼠以后尾静脉注射全骨髓。老板说分化的
平滑肌细胞就是mesenchymal来源的。
但是今天看见ziad mallat他们组这个文章http://circ.ahajournals.org/cgi/reprint/01.CIR.0000106161.43954.DFv1.pdf
还有一些其他人的文章，就都不用辐射的，直接上动物模型注射BMMC.我想这个方法是
不是更简单，有什么大的区别没有。
我想研究的主要对象是bone marrow derived smooth muscle cells. 能否不放射处理
直接注射观察分化的平滑肌细胞（老鼠血管破损模型等）

天才就是天才，让我25小时一天天天干也比不上牛顿啊。
说个我同事，同学，都是博士后（他现在是PI）了，就是才华横溢，每天10点到5点，
周六周日不上班，6年发了2篇circ res+1 nat Med. 同一个老板，我每天也是差不多，
4年才发了两篇普通的文章，没啥可比性。
资质不够的话别太用功，否则的话对身体没好处。 |

dallass这里汇集了大部分牛人。上面提到的jeff molkentin应该是erik olson的博士
后吧，他手下中国人挺多的。wangdazhi和另外一个已经都成了circ res board.
英国的你挑了一个paul,这人好像是干细胞，不是心血管嫡系啊。我觉得英国心脏的话
就是Michael Schneider了。
德国有个女混子长的挺漂亮的，现在是embo mol med主编，她啥都干，能去也不错，我
也挺垂涎。。。。不知道人品怎么样。

我兴致很高地写了两篇文章，这些天我却没有多少动力再写一篇完整的文章来介绍他的
工作。
我一直对中国现在还盛行的规划性科研，应用导向型科研耿耿于怀。这些所谓的重大项
目在立项的当初对目标/前景写得宏大无比，之后却通常草草收场。如果那些重大项目
真的能实现立项当初的用意，那诺贝尔奖早就在中国遍地开花了。广大科研人员都觉得
这种运行模式是一个笑话，饶毅、施一公等大牛也重炮轰击，但是分钱游戏还在进行着
。而公众，包括相当一部分科研人员也并不了解科研的自身规律，总是一再地问做基础
研究有什么用。
Shinya Yamanaka的成功是典型的小实验室自由探索的成功。他的成功再一次提示，有
相当多的科学突破是不可预测的。如果中国有大批优质的小实验室得到稳定的资助，那
么类似的科学突破就会随机但是必然地产生。从这种意义上讲，展示Shinya Yamanaka
在研究过程中的这种随机性和必然性，向公众科普科研活动是如何进行的，是值得我花
一点时间的。

used for RF simulation such as Mixer, Oscillators etc.
从频域进行 Harmonic balance simulation, it is solving KCL/KVL in frequency
domain, in hspice, you can use .hb .hbac etc and ADS is strong in this.
Aother type analysis for non-linear RF circuit is shooting newton, in hspice
use .sn .snosc(for oscillators) .snnoise etc., in Cadence use PAC, PSS(
periodical steady state). Golden gate is good too. Popular for switch cap

hydrogen ion. For vascular smooth muscle cells, hydrogen ion antagonizes
calcium; therefore, decreased level of hydrogen results in enhaced muscle
contraction.

blockage， 需要开胸手术，回到floor后，cardiologist就把病人转给surgeon了，自
己完全退出了，一般情况下cardiologist还应该是attending,只有做完手术后
attending 会变成surgeon，cardiologist变成consult。而且这个cardiologist也没有
order any home meds，surgeon的PA看了病人，解释了一下手术并写了４行主诉，４行
plan就消失了。可怜我晚上７点开始page oncall PA, 高速她病人的情况，vital
signs， surgical plan, home meds and details of cath. Then most home meds
were resumed and heparin gtt would be started 6 hours post shealth removal.
有时觉得病人挺可怜的，得个这么大的病，到 |

involving the left circ. I am not an interventional cardiologist, but in
interventional radiology, one of the contraindications for vascular stents
placement is multifocal stenosis, which doesn't respond well with stents or
angioplasty. With three-vessel CAD, bypass is not a bad option. |
