分析师称，根据房屋所在的地点，购房成本将增加1.2万元至4.7万元不等，甚至超过去年土地转让税所带来的新成本。
多伦多房产局(Toronto Real Estate Board)的Van Palmer指出，购房者在买房时不要犯错，要意识到税收增加的现实。
如果购买转售房，支付的税收将更多，因为帮助购房的中间人也必须开始收取省消费税(PST)。另外，保险金、房产税，以及产权保险费等也会随着消费税的合并而增加。

第一次注意到Google app有个“OK Google”选择，于是赫然发现这玩意儿不仅
smart，而且还能听懂人话。What’s next? A phone that can find you a
restaurant nearby, show you what it has on the menu and what it looks
like, and tell you how to get there?
Anyway…为了验证这玩意儿是真能听懂人话，还是像以前的手机一样只能听懂
“call mother-in-law”、听不懂下半句“and tell her to get lost”，俺一时兴起，
