发帖数: 42149 | 45 不论是中国人，还是世界任何一个国家的人，都难免觉得美国大学的招生过程错综复杂、使人 困惑。中国，以及大多国家都采用简明直接的大学录取考试制度。可美国大学却要求学生提交SAT成绩、托福成绩（TOEFL，非英语母语留学生需要提交）、 一份高中成绩单、两封老师推荐信、一份学校导师报告（提交一次，更新两次）、个人申请文章、以及课外活动简历 。美国大学要求了这么多材料，几乎都相当于得到了学生的大脑扫描与基因资料。可到了12月或4月的时候，大学们对于学生的录取结果却只是简单地答一句 “是”或“否”，不作任何解释。
中国的中产阶级家长们认为自己的家庭是全世界压力最大的。为了帮助孩子准备高考，让他们能上北大清华，中国家庭不得不大费周折。在学校方面，家长得 确保孩子上对幼儿园，有好老师、好同学；课外时间，家长又得花钱给孩子报补习班，请家教，这样孩子在班里才不会掉队。在孩子升初一时，家长得要东奔西走着 递材料、托关系、请吃饭；到了高中的时候，高考压力之大，导致许多学生甚至顾不上吃饭与睡觉。

6月1日消息，在香港上市的投资公司瑞东集团公布了5月8日配售方案的细节，细节显示，对瑞东实施56%股权收购的主体是马云和虞锋控制的基金，而赵薇夫妇也是该基金的合伙人。
瑞东集团北京时间5月8日晚间发布了一份配售方案，称与五家投资者签订了股份认购协议，外媒曾报道称马云旗下基金买入瑞东集团近13.43亿股股份，总共斥资26.86亿港币。
北京时间5月29日，瑞东集团公布了上述募资方案的详细内容，称将以每股2港币向5名投资者发行1,942,520,000股，融资3,885,040,000港币。
2港币的发行价格较瑞东集团停牌前的收盘价9港币低了77.8%。
5名投资者的身份为Jade Passion、Harbour Yields、Violet Passion、Gentle Bright、Chosen Global。
其中，Jade Passion在此次瑞东集团发行中认购1,342,976,000股，约占摊薄后总股本的56%，涉及资金2,685,952,000港币。
根据瑞东集团披露的资料，Jade Passion是一家由马云、虞锋、赵薇夫妇间接控制的公司。
