说法，你应该今年申请报税延期，然后今年的H1够183天了在按“first year choise”
把去年的这段H1也变成resident，这样就变成dual－status，对H1期间的收入可以按re
sident报，填1040，具体怎么填我也没搞明白，但至少比按nonresident报多了一个wor
k pay credit，那就是400，而且可以带家属，那就是800了。
你OPT期间的fica因为还是non－resident应该不用交，你可能需要跟你雇主说让他们退
，如果他们不退再找irs要，你上网google“fica nono－resident refund”试试。很
多学校的international office有详细介绍。
