前两天想做个下午茶，灵感枯竭不知道要做什么好，spopoMM就给我推荐了这款巧克力
熔岩蛋糕。正
好家里囤了好多巧克力，借此机会一举消灭它们！哈哈。
这真是一款集高脂高糖高热量于一身的甜点啊，面粉含量很低，主要成分就是巧克力，
然后就是鲜奶
油和黄油。可是，出炉时的满屋巧克力香，一勺舀下去绵软的蛋糕里巧克力熔浆流出来
的带劲儿，充
满愧疚的那一勺放到嘴里时的那种美妙，也是低糖低脂饮食的人们享受不到的幸福感啊

【侨报纽约网报道】与宾州车站正在举办的限时活动“地狱之夏”形成鲜明对比的
是，纽约中央车站准备变成美食的天堂。
据timeout报道，除了能帮助宾州车站分流美铁的火车班次外，中央车站还拥有明
亮宽阔的大厅。本周，这里将举办一场免费美食品尝活动。某个方面来说，他们像是在
使劲戳新州捷运乘客的痛处。
这场一年一度的“中央车站的美味”(Taste of the Terminal)品尝活动将在7月11
日至13日举行。每天的上午11时至下午2时，都将有10个不同的商家在中央车站的范德

寻花，失败，看到的花还不如高速边。。。
因为懒得开3小时去沙漠，这个是最近地一个花点，看到标记上有CHOCOLATE LILY，就
过去了。
visiting center有专门地野花TRIAL, 还标了看CHOCOLATE LILY和POPPY的路线。
走了半天，CHOCOLATE LILY是一朵也没看见，POPPY有那么一片，还不如高速边密集。
倒是有很多很多密集地黑色毛毛虫，在泥地上快速地爬动。
一个池塘，据说只因为今年雨水多，才能有幸一见。一堆人坐那里看水蛇。
回家路上，看到两辆警车拦下一车，在那里拔枪对峙。 |

我喝过的不多，就试过GNC自家的和muscle tech的
muscle tech的chocolate实在是太难喝了，喝下去要恶心个2个小时才能吃别的，
muscle tech的vanilla还凑活，但是喝多了和不舒服，而且这个牌子特别难溶解，一
定要猛shake才行，当然感觉这个牌子里面掺兴奋剂，喝完了特别burn，脑子都开始烧
当然GNC自家的就好喝多了chocolate/vanila都很好溶解，最近又出了chocolate
caramel的味道的，味道非常非常好

咖啡因的作用之一是增强人体代谢，所以可能会起到辅助减肥的作用。这和那些fat
burner的作用机制是一样的。但是要考虑到chocolate里本身的糖分的含量，还是少吃
为妙。 |

你选择性的引用后者，隐藏前者来反驳我的观点。没有学术道德啊。

开。等你刚刚返过神来，准备哪个周末去郊游时，野花却已经过了鼎盛时期，开始凋零
了。然后是漫长的炎夏。
今年的春假我们准备得早一些，机票旅馆行程租车都在一个月前就以搞定。儿子对犹他
州的拱桥国家公园仰慕以久，这次就是为了圆他的梦，来一个西部荒原一周游。
一早三点多就起床赶六点的飞机来到了亚利桑那州的太阳城phoenix.然后驱车往北，路
上首先参观了sunset crater （中文叫落日火山口）。
第一次看到火山景观，还有一点稀奇。原来以为火山熔岩形成的地貌都是圆滑的，到了
日落火山口，才惊奇地发现熔岩象是刚犁过的地。火山口的背景是雪山，挺美的。
再往北一点，有一个印第安人遗址。象个城堡似的，据说当年住过上百号人。比起我们
中国的古代建筑来说可粗糙多了，但是也情有可原，沙漠里的生活环境实在太艰苦了。
赶在日落之前，我们来到了世界八大自然景观之一的科罗拉多大峡谷。孩子们第一次看
到气势磅礴的大峡谷，刚开始有点害怕，但很快就适应了。反倒是做父母的担惊受怕，

smashbox的lid primer厚厚涂一层，用右上或左下打底皆可，右下很显色，用右下涂满
半个双眼皮摺。这样眼睛还是红红的很吓人。用BB的graphic shimmer画眼线，我画的
宽度是1/3双眼皮摺，用的是靶子店的鼻头式眼线笔。眼线画好之后和谐无比，一点也
不吓人了。然后用小号眼影刷沾点右下在眼线上缘压一遍，相当于晕眼线了。然后用右上
或左下略微打点下眼影，涂上睫毛膏就好了。左上应该是用来眉骨提亮的，不过我不知
道咋么提亮比较好看。。。我觉得可以用来打底增加光泽。
底妆需要画的白一点，腮红和嘴唇最好也配粉色系的，我只有一块taos，没有达到最和
谐。BA骗我说这块盘画出来很可爱，我画出来一点都不可爱的，比素脸成熟知性多了。
换块腮红可能会好点。
最后再推荐BB的chocolate shimmer,很多MM说要dark brown选espresso，chocolate太

我想着在国内买MAC，bobbibrown，GA，YSL，Dior神马的无一不亏。就去寻找日货了。
lunasol，两三年前读书时就长过草，上班后又懒于化妆，现在在修女MM等达人指导下
跟着买了刷子学着画了。想着添一个蓝色系的盘，一个粉色系的盘，一个深绿色系的盘
，一个金色的盘。
网上做功课若干，看中的是凛香04（大地色，金色，烟熏都能搞定），香水百合（蓝略
偏紫），木槿（粉色略偏紫）。到专柜得知香水百合和木槿都是限量版。。第一个缺货
已久。。。
给推荐了若干个，入了漾境02，主要是大地色，但是画成橄榄色，金色也可以，比较干
净适合春夏。拿回家来还没画过。
红宝石，粉色系的，试色的时候觉得眼皮涂粉了很奇怪，BA给花了黑色粗眼线液还是很
奇怪。但还是给忽悠着买了。昨天科里年会，画了一个，配了BB的眼线胶Graphite
Shimmer。

前两天想做个下午茶，灵感枯竭不知道要做什么好，spopoMM就给我推荐了这款巧克力
熔岩蛋糕。正
好家里囤了好多巧克力，借此机会一举消灭它们！哈哈。
这真是一款集高脂高糖高热量于一身的甜点啊，面粉含量很低，主要成分就是巧克力，
然后就是鲜奶
油和黄油。可是，出炉时的满屋巧克力香，一勺舀下去绵软的蛋糕里巧克力熔浆流出来
的带劲儿，充
满愧疚的那一勺放到嘴里时的那种美妙，也是低糖低脂饮食的人们享受不到的幸福感啊
