It's not that the child needs more time to chew. It's just they are
playing while eating. sometimes they don't put food in mouth after
swallowing; sometimes the food stays in his/her mouth for a long time
without being chewed.
If they keep eating, but simply needs more time to finish, that's fine.
But if they just playing around and not concentrate on eating, that's the
problem. |

目前觉得的问题是，经常去接宝宝时，看到宝宝（1岁半）或者其他同龄小孩，捡地上
的土，小石头，树枝，树叶往嘴里塞，。。希望不要有更危险的东西，有时阿姨们能及

delay. Oral moter issue tend not to be the only problem. The theory behind
this is that you child feels differently in his mouth/jaw/lips. That's why

that comes naturally, not something every child needs to be trained on.

减肥太难了，公司一日三餐都好吃，午餐晚餐还有好几种甜点, ice cream之类的。
lounge room 还有各种snacks, fruits and drinks 。现在基本能控制每顿不要吃得太
饱，甜点也基本戒了，实在谗得时侯拿一个但是只尝一两小口。 只喝茶和水，午餐晚
餐之间饿了吃些个black berries or rasberries，或者十来颗almond or 开心果。谗
了就吃一颗ginger chew (20 calories)，准备把ginger chew也戒掉。
每天只有早餐控制得最好，主要是起得晚，赶不上公司的早餐。一杯steamed milk
with tea, 原来喝2%, 现在换成fat free 了. 1 点左右吃午饭，中间如果饿了，吃两
口全麦面包， 90 calories per slice, 最多吃half slice。

周一拖着半残废的腿来上班结果发现有一屁股的活儿，忙啊忙啊忙的也就忘了要把这个
报告补全了。囧，现在来补。
参加的这个比赛叫Navy Air-force Half Marathon ＆ Navy 5 Miller,是个小比赛，今
年才是第二年，所以人不是很多。报名半马的一共大概就只有4000多人吧。
5月份报的名，找来了一个叫什么Hal Higdon Half Marathon的四个月的训练计划跟着
练，一开始练习的热情很高，每天的任务都按量完成的，后来时间久了慢慢松懈了，基
本就只跑周末的长跑。 训练时候的成绩很烂，长跑都是在8mile到11mile之间，pace从
来没有进过10分钟以内，基本都是在11分的pace上下震荡。心态是很轻松，只是为了尽
力跑完不要太酱油。
比赛前一天load了一些碳水，比赛当天早期吃了面包喝了橙汁带上腰带水壶还有一个
gel就出门了。
起跑时7点25，做地铁去比赛地点过程中地铁维修，单轨运行，结果迟到了大约5分钟，
急急火火的除了地铁站就飞奔到bag drop，刚丢下包就听见发枪了。

今天没想到可以顺利完成，我之前以为可能会在13-14mile的时候跑不动，开始走的，
结果比预想的好，可能是因为气温挺好的，今天开始的比较早，开始跑的时候79度，跑
完还不到8点，气温也还不到90度
跑前没吃早饭，就吃了个GU，然后带了个G的energy chews，准备半路吃，但是今天跑
的新路，沿途找不到water fountain，一直到13.5迈左右才看到有水喝，狂灌一通，同
时吃了3颗chews
昨天下午踢球，膝盖破了点皮，原来还担心会影响跑步，结果发现这个痛感分散了对肌
肉的酸痛的注意力，不仅无害，反而有益。
还有，帮看一下，我的心率带是不是也要换电池了，看着曲线不顺滑了，特别是2mile
的时候怎么突然高了一下？
还有4周跑首半马，目标1小时50分，希望可以顺利完成 |
