前些日子去了农夫市场买了点新鲜的豌豆夹，豆子和豆皮儿分别入了菜。
豆子做了煎halibut cheek(大比目鱼的脸蛋子）的配菜。Halibut Cheek也是在农夫市场买的。买的时候光贪图大了，结果后来才反应过来应该买小的才够嫩。:( 脸蛋子用盐、柠檬汁，黑胡椒腌一腌，然后油锅中火煎透就好了，出锅后撒点香菜末。豆子我稍微炒了炒，好像也炒过了，不过豆子好甜。
豆皮儿也不能浪费哈，小时候在老家吃过，自己做还是第一次，因为总是碰不到这么新鲜的。炒之前要把豆皮儿内层的薄膜剥掉。我用来炒鸡蛋。豆皮儿口感脆脆的，很新鲜。
看看我买的牛坑腩，为啥翻译成beef lady finger meat,形像反差很大啊！
我拿来做胡萝卜炖牛肉，有肥有瘦，好好吃啊，就是不太健康哈。牛肉切块冷水入锅中火加热，加葱姜料酒，等血沫出来后撇去血沫。看差不多没有血沫出来后，捞出牛肉，换一锅水（水高过牛肉一寸差不多），待水稍开后下牛肉同样加葱姜料酒，小火慢炖2个小时，加生抽老抽，接着炖半个小时，加胡萝卜块，再炖半个时待汁收干就可以了。

used in braising.
Spare Rib Roast
The whole Neckend is taken from the Spare Rib and Blade joined together.
This can be butchered to prduce two separate cuts, or boned and rolled
together to produce a Roasting Joint. Separately, the Spare Rib can be cut
into chops, not to be confused with Chinese style spare ribs. The chops have
more internal fat which produces a sweet, tender chop.

My son is 3 month old. This morning I found his right upper leg is bigger
than his left upper leg. It's not very noticeable if you don't pay attention
. But if you do pay attention, you will see the difference. Should I be
concerned and take him to see the doctor? Another thing is his right cheek
is bigger than left cheek.
Does anyone has such experience? Thansk a lot! |

发帖数: 1287 | 26 我家宝宝在8个月时得过鹅口疮，医生开的nystatin，不是吃，是每次往嘴里滴1毫升，
每侧半毫升。
1）先用干净的湿纱布把嘴巴都搽干净
2）宝宝侧躺，往cheek一侧滴半毫升，然后迅速伸手到嘴里把药涂抹在这侧的前前后后
和cheek的内侧
3）如法涂抹另一侧。
4) 一天涂4次
对于胸喂得宝宝，除了给宝宝抹药外，我的儿医还让我找OB开了药，防止母亲与宝宝交
叉感染。我的OB开了一种 名叫 fluconazole 的口服药，一片可以在体内remain
active几天，用不着天天吃药，很方便。
还有一个土方法，我妈妈说在我们家乡，往宝宝嘴里撒红糖，可以治愈鹅口疮，我们医
生开的药和土方子双管齐下，大约一周后就好的差不多了。

婆刚刚去世。我妈为了来美国帮我们带宝宝，在出发之前，明知道外婆就是这两三个月
的事了，还是来帮我们，做月子，带宝宝。所以她连见外婆最后一面的机会都没有。
即便这样，我外婆去世的第二天，我妈还是一早起来带宝宝，给我们做饭。她都是把自
己的痛苦压下去，强打着精神带宝宝，做饭。 你对我母亲这样做，我一辈子都不会原
谅你！！！你也有是父母的人！！！我现在想起这件事，都气的发抖！！！
你怎么不说我天天喂奶，泵奶呢？ 你每天换尿布的时间加起来，有没有给她喂奶，泵
奶，洗奶瓶的时间多？ 当然这也没什么，我当妈的，都是应该的。
生小孩之后的几个月里，我的手腕都很疼，手指一度疼得无法伸直。连一个奶瓶都抓不
住，更别提给她换尿布，我根本抓不住她。给她喂奶的时候，也必须用Glider，用
nrusing pillow。我就是连把宝宝从一边换到另一边喂奶，都抱不住她，手腕的疼的直

乎每周都有2，3次的playdate.我和他妈妈都是全职妈妈，关系也不错。今天A的妈妈说
A在上次playdate的时候被我儿子打了.A的妈妈还说第二天脸颊和嘴唇都有些肿了。说
我儿子提议玩"slapping other's cheek game" 然后就打了他两下。当时B也在，但是
只有A被打了。
由于我们都没看到。我赶紧问我儿子，先是问他那天playdate他们都玩了什么游戏，然

而我不喜欢ar15的另一个原因也是charging handle就在鼻子前面， 如果上膛时没锁住
， 容易变成michael jackson... |

deer hunting in illinois.
With rifled barrel and sabot slug, the MBPR is about 125yd.
This is LZ's friend. I am providing more details related to the incident.
The gun is Beretta Urika 390 it is gas operated semi so the recoil is much
lighter than a pump action.

weld, it not only doesn't offer that, it also slams back in your face.
maybe you can put a soft cheek rest over it.
and swapping any barrel on mossbergs should take the same amount of time,
which is about 30 seconds:
unscrew the retention cap
take barrel off,
put new barrel on,
rack the slide,
screw on the cap again.

在美军里M16也是USGI铝弹匣最爱出问题。 刚发的还好， 旧的用时间长了就不爱好好
供蛋了。
另外....不妨把前准星座去掉，换个折叠的， 这样就不需要那个riser了， 不然瞄准
基线这么高你枪托还没有cheek riser， 如何cheek weld?
镜子可以换个短的或者再往前装点， 这样就可以NTCH。 |

发帖数: 4534 | 50 我自己没用过任何降低recoil的东西， 站着打霰弹从来不觉得后座大， 倒是夏天的时
候坐着打slug肩膀会疼， 这时候我用背包或者厚衣服垫一下就好。 那个limbsaver
recoil pad不错， 可以考虑shoulder pad这玩意， 基本上就是一个比较厚比较硬的东
西， 抵消一些后座， 并把后座均匀的分布开。
我强烈推荐一个cheek pad， 我用ITC cheekrest， 黑色wet suit的， 里面塞的是一
层层的泡沫塑料， 可以自己调厚度。 本来我买它是为了垫高cheek weld适应瞄具的高
度， 但后来发现装了这个贴腮要舒服太多了。 |
