去注册的时候还是要补交税。比如南卡交了$300,新的州按车价6%算，
你出示南卡交税的收据，还要补交300以外的税。
按法律你搬到另外的州一个到3个月内要换新住址所在州的驾照.
我被highway patrol pullover后他告诉我的。
所以你不能一直用南卡的驾照开太久。

我只有单次的话100miles，如果累积算的话一天开过230多miles，但却是先去旅游后回

怀孕在前面走、我在后推车上两娃。我和老婆5米左右距离。旁边一五十岁白人老头开
一个ford
从我旁边过去撞到我老婆胳膊带”着她转了10多度”（这是我看到的场景”、老婆说她
紧张不记得了）老头不停车继续往前开在前面10米左侧停车。而我们的车在出事地点2
米右侧。老头下车去Costco并对我们吼”she run into my car" 然后走了。老婆肚子
疼痛不止。叫了emergency不敢去、怕bill太多。警察来了问了我老婆关于那个老头信
息，然后和那个老头聊得挺开心、太远不知道聊啥、40分钟后给我个报告说不知道谁的
错。还尼玛真行帮了那个白垃圾一把。

现在该咋办？
保险公司都不上班，所以没法报告
Costco说没录像回放
我就找了个肇事车子照片、还有警察的short report，详细report还要等48小时去警局
