人均为华裔精英组织百人会成员。奥巴马政府到目前为止一共有五位华裔担任高官，其
中三人出自百人会。
百人会（Committee of 100)是1990年在美国纽约成立的一个华人精英组织，是共济会
的外围。发起人是共济会华裔石匠大师、33级会员贝聿铭和共济会员、音乐家马友友。
百人会有会员140人左右，其中多数是美国各级共济会员，全部是在美国社会中有影响
力与知名度的华裔组成。
百人会的入会资格十分严格，最主要的入会标准是：在自己所从事的领域要在全美甚至
全世界都有知名度，此外还必须得有好的声望和品行。
与共济会相同，加入百人会须有3名老会员的推荐，百人会设有一个专门委员会来进行
资格审核和批准。其会员年费为2000美元左右。

The one next to Hong Kong market sucks. I do not recommend it at all. I

skl说起纽约的西安小吃，我们这里也有一家，不过不是纽约的连锁店，小吃种类也较
少。我上周刚去，贴几张照片。
这家西安小吃在Whitney Avenue上、Trumbull Street以南，隔壁就是香港超市、长城
饭店。其前身是Chao Chao美式中餐馆，再前身是越南面馆。现在这身约有半年光景，
是附近几个中国店老板合资开的。
我最喜欢的是夹馍。照片里的是腊肉夹馍。另外还有牛肉、猪肉、蔬菜等馅。最低六块
，最高八九块。白馍酥脆，肉馅鲜美。好几个朋友说偏咸；我吃口咸，可以接受。不过
觉得较干，不如在西安吃的肉汁丰富，馍厚（或者大？）肉多，吃得很饱。
另外还有泡馍、凉皮、米线、水盆。
凉皮一般都是全素的吗？卖的三种凉皮都是素的。味道还不错。水盆10块钱，没拍。泡
馍最贵，12块钱，下次再试。

环境不错之外，食物不怎么样。综合起来，如果nori nori10分的话，Fogo de Chao就
是5分。
吃饭加小费一个人70USD at least. nori nori 才不到30USD一个人。 |

last year and swore that never go again. We even almost missed our flight.
We did call to know the preparations beforehand as they change the policy
all the times. We left message and after 2 days, a guy replied my call.
Thus, we were so happy and went. The outcome was we waited outside the
consulate for 2 hours to get a 'number' which told us to be back in the

朋友怀孕了，而且是双胞胎。得知喜讯后，一时手多去翻当时在巴西参加她婚礼的照片
，本来是打算重温一下美好时光的，可最近鉴于衣带渐窄而痛苦节食ing的吃货lz眼里
看见的却只有一堆吃的照片。。。
“独乐饿，与众乐饿，孰乐？”曰：“不若与众”- 圣人都这么说了，祸害群众是必须
的。。。
巴西餐最出名的莫过于烤肉，每家烤肉店都有一个huge salad bar，客人可以选择只吃
salad bar或是salad bar + 烤肉。Beverly Hills有家Fogo de Chao就是巴西一家连锁
烤肉店在洛杉矶开的分店；Vegas有家Taxas de brazil也是同类型的餐馆，而且我觉得
比Fogo de Chao更好吃些。
Rio de Janeiro海边一家很出名的烤鸡店的烤鸡，排队差不多要一个小时。

Capitalgrill绝对是我的最爱，非常安静，如果你想安安静静和朋友吃顿饭聊聊天，
这个绝对是最好的选择，他家侍者很专业，而且是两个侍者哦， 不过价格不便宜，我
也好久没去过了，4，5年前两个人比较丰盛的午饭包括小费大概是70几刀。顺便提一句
他家的餐后甜点-flan很棒， 这是我每次必点的。
这其中好几家是全国连锁店，例如两家kincaids, mpls downtown的Palomino也属于这

就在黄金广场，大长今和三元老钙骨汤的中间。原来阿拉上海人的位置。这块地方风水

乎每家中餐馆要是不放那么几页川菜菜谱，都没法开饭店似的。要了两个主食两个凉菜
，每份都是5.99，waitress说，你们可以点点热菜试试啊，我们这川菜很不错的。我心
想，我是来吃包子的，吃川菜我才不来这。。

1.醉鸡。白不刺啦的，非东北人可能听不懂，就是没有味道没有颜色没有任何佐料的感
觉。后来我是沾着酱油和辣椒酱勉强吃下去的。
2.夫妻肺片，没有红油，觉得就是普通的卤菜，只有咸味儿，我往里面加了好多辣椒油

1400元现金、一部约1200元手提电脑及一部游戏机，警方初步认为他们欲骗保险公司，
而报称被劫的财物则「据为己有」。

警方更向本报称该对兄弟的所作所为，其从事装修工程的父亲及其母亲，对此毫不知情
，父母二人最初还真的以为家中遭持枪悍匪入屋行劫，对事件忧心忡忡，直至警方发现

意大利语的ciao是你好的意思，西班牙语的chao是再见。我一般碰到人就从头"chao"到
尾，对方可以根据需要决定我说的是那种语言:-) |
