不低于50%的tint警察一般不会为难你的。我也一般都tint 50% all around。我的X3还
是30%的Ceramic呢，一样没事儿。
不过要记得Ceramic同一个grade的tint一般比普通膜要浅一点，所以30%基本和普通膜
的40%差不多深浅。

他们家也贴clear bra，而且贴的还不错。
Ceramic tint比普通的膜还是好多了吧，就不说视觉上的自然程度了，光同深度的隔热
效果和防信号干扰就不是一般膜能比的。好的Ceramic pre-cut的膜自己买都小$200了
呢。

发帖数: 5723 | 5 要纠正一个误区，Private Glass只是带色的玻璃而已，不会有任何隔热效果，UV也不
行。也即是说Private Glass不会从本质上带来更好的隔热效果或隔UV效果，只是单纯
颜色深一点比较保护隐私而已。
想要彻底隔热和UV Protection一定要上Tint，首推Ceramic。一般比较保险的贴法是50
% all around，这种绝大多数情况下不会被警察Pull Over。不过这个也是case by
case，我的车40% all around, 30% for back window 2年多了也没被找麻烦过。不过
Ceramic Tint本身会比同级别的普通Tint略微浅一点点，而且看起来的效果会更接近
OEM的感觉。
另外你相信我，如果你贴的膜是好膜的话，你的车会凉爽一大截，完全不可同日而语。
没什么意外的话，长途行驶即使是盛夏你的空调都不用开超过1档(最多一开始开大一些
迅速冷却下来)，至少我在湾区最热的那几天也是这样的。 |

就是我的30-40%的深浅度可以阻挡59%的heat。
我的Outback上的还是他们家最普通的那个膜，也就是$300 all around的那种。号称也
是50%深浅度的可以阻挡51%的heat，但是我个人觉得还是没法和我X3上的Ceramic比。
我X3在湾区最热的那几天(over 100F)空调都只用开第一档。下次换车我去Premier试试
Spectra Photosync，据说这个才是Tint中的高富帅。 |

发帖数: 5723 | 8 Mr. Tint应该是性价比最高的一家，手艺和上面两家不相上下，唯一的问题是不Carry
最顶级的膜比如3M Crystalline或Photosync Nano。但是如果Ceramic膜你觉得够用的
的话那他们家绝对是不二的选择，因为他们家那个Ceramic膜也是市面上最好的几个型
号之一，价格大约在$450-500(4+back)。

solid hard wood floor is 3/4" thick, engineered wood floor only 3/8" thick,
you can tell easily what did you get @ door threshold where the wood floor
terminates and transfers to other material, say ceramic tiles... since most of

ceramic tile you get from HD is low end, ceramics you get from stores like
ann sacks will be much higher end.
Mahogany refers to many dark hardwoods, some are low end (domestic), some
are middle (also called exotic hardwood, such as from brazil).
True highend hardwood floor cost hundreds dollar per sq ft, you will not
want it in your house (if you sell, others can not even see their value)

1200sqft的2bedroom townhouse. 96年建的。里面的东西都是builder装的最次的档次。前
任owner是个女的，什么improvement都没做。我做了如下装修。
1。 换天花板/墙上的灯具（kitchen, living, bed, bath). 这个简单，自己做的。材
料每个灯具几十到几百，看个人喜好。好像花了300买4-5个灯具。
2。 地板。living+2bedroom的地毯（600-700sqft）全给换成laminate wood. 自己做
的，前后花了一个月。材料costco买的，1.5/sqft, molding加工具约$300. 共$1500。
3。 楼梯(地毯换成laminate wood）和浴室铺ceramic tile地板。这个请中国人做的，

through-body的比较贵，因为整体的颜色质地是均匀的。
非through-body的表面是色彩层，破了之后底下的颜色不一样。$3以下的一般都是非
through-body的，但还是比ceramic硬很多。ceramic的质量差别比较大，那种红土的非
常容易破。 |

不过，更重要的一个问题是shingle是那年换的，一般的shingle只能撑10多年，好的能
撑20多年。

的Move-Out Charges。每个细小项目都在后面列了修复的金额，看到这个表有些被吓到
了。请大家看看，这样的Move-Out Charges是属于标准流程里的吗？大家租房的时候都
收到这个吗？另外，怎么确定如下的东西是好的，还是需要被Charge的？当我们搬进去
的时候，是不是要和房东一起检查房间内的各样东西的状况，好有一个对房子维护的基
本的共识？
