I could not find the form!
If they really care about student privacy, why they do not make it easy
for parents to access the [opt out] form? |

铁站。住kent st附近也好，离CDE线全都很近，走路上班15分钟，价格和brook house

Irvine has ~20 elem. schools, API ranging from 875 (Culverdale) to 976 (
Turtle Rock). Only 3 schools have API <900, which are Culverdale 875,
University Park 896, Springbrook 898). The reason for Culverdale being
lower is that -- this school has more NEW immigrant students (or kids raised
in none-English environment like Chinese, Korean etc.), whose English is
not as good as natives.
