of NCI budget) and moved the money to help grant (extramural). Basically
all Lab and branch will have about 10% cut. The next fiscal year will be
similar if not worse.
The stimulus fund created grants but it was discontinued. Some grants will
also be discontinued. This is why NCI intramural have 10% cut, which is
higher than other institutes in NIH.

1. 目前是H1，将来肯定要申请绿卡，不知道如果这个misdemeanor被convicted了，有
多严重的影响？会作为criminal record一直跟着我吗？会导致将来申请绿卡受阻吗？
将来还有机会把它wipe off掉吗？
2.如果很严重，那我就要想办法把misdemeanor将为infraction。不知道第一次上庭，

，CCR（IF=6）一篇，现在准备在国内考board，一年后出去访问学者，期间考掉cs和
step3，然后match，有几个问题：
1. 我的文章对match有益or有害？
2. 我这条路是否可行，还请前辈指点迷津
3. 我如果以访问学者身份去usa，J1签证如何避免回国居住两年的附加条件

发帖数: 1 | 24 胆管细胞癌是肝癌里面最凶险的,尤其是发生转移的晚期，基本没有治疗手段，放化疗
没有意义的。
迄今唯一研究有效的治疗方式是NIH NCI的Rosenberg实验的免疫疗法，通过外显子测序
筛选突变，然后分离识别突变的CTL细胞回输治疗。他们可能还在开展临床试验，如果
人在美国可以联系试试。

service rendered. 并不是医院能收到的钱， which is NET revenue:
NET revenue= Gross revenue - Free Care - Contratual
最后的profit margin要小好多。 绝大多数医院都在single digit.
among expenses, roughly 60% pay for salaries, 30% pay for supplies. The rest pay for other operating service, interest etc. Hospital is not a money making business, generally speaking. |

在 gmail 里直接播打号码，比如 888－123－4567，可以正确接到，并正确显示 gv 号
码。
在 voice.google.com 里用那个 call，播打同样的号码，我那个连着 obi 的电话先响
，只有接了之后才转到正确的号码上。
用连在 obi 的电话播打同样的号码，接收方听不到声音。接受方可以说，播打方可以
听到。
Comcast SMCD3G-CCR modem/router。用 verizon 7501 router 有同样的问题。
