这个旅行社手续不清，管理混乱，借口他们只是中介。出团中遇到一系列问题比如无人
接机，房间安排混乱，乱收费等等。我电话要求补偿损失对方态度强硬，根本不理。到
哪里可以投诉他们呢？难道只能吃哑巴亏了吗？ |

If an individual is present for 183 days or more during a calendar year,
this closer connections/tax home exception is not available.
那就是说dodowoo说的是对的，可以file as dependent. |

发帖数: 54 | 14 在学校里面一般都不会学习应用型的软件的.世面上的应用型软件(会计类,ERP等)都比
较简单,很容易上手的,没有那么复杂.做一下就会了.根本没有必要专门去学的.
四大tax用的都是go system. 很容易上手的.进了四大会有培训,一点也不用担心.
Research一般多用CCH,BNA之类的.很容易学的.
楼主不用担心.至于统计方面的软件会计根本用不着. |

CCH Teammate - 8.x版本还好(是PwC作的), 新出来的9.0版本被大家痛骂.
Pailey的 GRC - 很烂, 不过听说EY在用
Open page, 我看了一下比GRC要好.
其实excel和word够用了, 作完了网上sharepoint里面一放就是. 那些审计软件一年的
license至少10几万,没什么必要.
我知道PwC很多工作底稿也就excel里面作个template, 作的时候就是填而已, 填完了往
software里面一放, 没有很大分别. |

Constitution是最有权威的，然后是IRC（statutory），然后是Administration Law（
Regulation），最后还可以引用case law。希望有帮助。 |
