(1) I knew 乌鱼 was translated to mullet (but I forgot when I asked
yesterday). But the reason I asked yesterday was Americans have not heard of
the word mullet AS FISH*--not to mention "roe" (Ameircans do not know roe
can be eaten dried, for roes here are raw, like that on top of sashimi or
caviar (US produces some, which is cheap, but largely imports from Russia).
(2) I saw it once in Taiwan. I did not recall membrane being torn away (but

It really shouldnt take you more than 1 hour (total). The actual working
time is probably about half hour from removing skein to bottle the eggs.
Instead of rubbing them, try to hold the skein and rinse them under hot tap
water (a little above shower temperature about 100 -120 degree F ish). Eggs
will come off. You can even do this in cold water, it just takes a lot

了。年底本来是最忙的时候，出了点岔子，工作停顿。老婆领导让我干脆放假过圣诞新
年。想想也对，放假！结果一群狐朋狗友不给力，整个圣诞假期居然没人出来玩。平安
夜的时候我俩居然无聊的在家喝酒，领导觉得扫兴，于是提议去vegas玩。
上网定酒店，31日晚上一概600起，还都是些破酒店。这么坑爹的价格我还是比较心疼
的，于是决定28日启程，31日回LA找人过年。四天三夜，正好。我们不喜欢老的酒店，
上次出差我住过aria，印象不错，这次有159每晚的价格，就选了aria。25日订房的时
候只有普通间了，套房一概没有，看来节日期间还是太火爆。曾经住过venetian的所谓
套房，只不过房间大一点而已。真正的套房还得是那种卧室和起居室分开的，可惜aria
的one bedroom已经订光了，不然300多一晚的价格确实很不错了。
28日阳光明媚，领导磨蹭到12点多才出门。一路还算畅通，过了bastow 堵了快一个小
时，开上strip的时候是接近六点，我开的还是很慢的。主要是领导中途喜欢上厕所，
