第一个 有可能要换valve 里面的cartrige ， 难度稍微大点， 不过也比较容易。
想省钱的话 就换cartrige 里面的 橡皮圈什么的。 这个需要再专业一点。 |

is all upto middle of the road stuff. I've listened to top of the line
Linn+MarkLevenson+SonasFaber(?) and that's a top setup I've ever seen/
listened.
So with the sub $2k, I'm pretty happy. With that I can tell the better and
worse original recording on LPs and it gave me a lota fast and clean details.
As far as cartrige, it came with the TT. I do not remember what it is. I

Shut off water to your house, use a hex to take off the handle, you will see
a big hex nut. take that off.
If it is a ceremic cartridge system, replace the whole cartrige ( you might
want order that ahead of time). If it use a rubber washer, you can just
replace it.
Call the faucet maker first, they will tell you what part you need to fix it.
Or get on their website.
If you can post the make and model number, I can also help you look that up. |

要299刀，换个芯，home waranty covers 100$,我自己付199$
搞的爷想骂人
我上次整个shower换，还开墙破洞，重新刷漆，贴瓷砖才300刀
他换个心要200刀labor，他真当我是傻子了 |

模一样的情况，刚开始我找我自己的handyman 查看，以为也是抽水马桶漏，因为积水
就在马桶附近. 后来找了plumber， 他一看就找出问题.你的情况不是浴缸的水龙头
cartrige需要换了，就是shower cap或shower cap背后的一个小gadget rotten要换了
。大概$100-$150
左右。如果不及时修理，楼下的dry wall会damage,又是几百的费用。这是normal wear
and tear, 你的property management蛮烂的。跟他们说你不负责diagnose,你只负责
report,and if there is drywall damage, you're not going to be responsible
for it as you
reported the water issue right away. |

it's really tricky to install and let it compile. I'm struggling to
install the JDBC interface. 555. it's consuming my patience.
But it's the public moused cool stuff. Only second to, if not better than
Oracle in my humble opinion. support distributed operation, complex data
structure, even fullfill the cartrige function of oracle. So worth it.
btw, you'll put urself on piece of thin ice with oracle. It just keep
downing,
