Shut off water to your house, use a hex to take off the handle, you will see
a big hex nut. take that off.
If it is a ceremic cartridge system, replace the whole cartrige ( you might
want order that ahead of time). If it use a rubber washer, you can just
replace it.
Call the faucet maker first, they will tell you what part you need to fix it.
Or get on their website.
If you can post the make and model number, I can also help you look that up.

去HD找一个和这个一样的，看看怎么拆开，主要是那个把手，搞不明白，就问问HD. 只
要一拆开，你就明白了。

I think you twist the handle off first, you will see a hex nut, use a hex
wrench to turn it loose, the whole thing will slip up. You will see a big
hex nut that is holding everything together.
If you know the brand, you can get the parts info from their website.
