《共同防御条约》是美菲在安全方面的三项重要合作协议之一，于1951年签署；另外两
项协议分别是于1998年签署的《访问部队协议》以及2014年签署的《加强防务合作协议
》。目前，这些协议均在履行中。
在6日的讲话中，杜特尔特甚至“赌气”提出让那些对其南海问题政策最强硬的批评者
来主政，“我想让安东尼奥•卡皮奥（菲律宾最高法院大法官，Antonio Carpio
）、艾伯特•德尔•罗萨里奥（菲律宾前外长，Albert del Rosario）和监

GMA电视台政论节目中说，由于台湾向仲裁法庭提交太平岛立场书，致使菲方再于4月22
日回应台方的立场，这段过程拖延了仲裁法庭宣判结果的时间。
卡皮奥说，“仲裁法庭现在可能要等到6月、甚至7月才会宣布结果。”
这位法官是菲方南海仲裁案法律团队成员之一。

Yasay）今天说，总统杜特蒂在南海争议上任何「即兴」言论都不算数，更不影响菲国
对南海的主张。
雅赛今天在接受dzMM广播电台访问时说，「杜特蒂总统就南海争议所作的所有即兴发言
，都不具约束力。」
他强调，「菲律宾的外交政策是在宪法范围内，执行常设仲裁法院对南海案的裁决，我
们的主张不会妥协。」
菲律宾于2013年将南海争议提交国际仲裁，仲裁庭裁决大陆的南海9段线没有法律效力
，大陆侵犯了菲律宾在专属经济区内的权利。但北京不接受也不承认仲裁结果。
杜特蒂日前接受「亚洲新闻台」（Channel News Asia）访问时说，「神州历代从未侵
略我国一寸土地。」这篇报导于10月19日被刊登在网站上。

态严师逼出爆发力。我对打鼓颇感冒，立马找来看了。之前也看过有关鼓手的电影，可
没这么血淋淋的：打鼓还能打得震裂虎口？裂了还打，新血淹旧血，直让人不忍卒睹。
快速止血的办法是把手插进一大桶冰水里？反正尽是视觉刺激。
那个俄罗斯兮兮的变态严师，几十个人的乐队里能听出一把细微走音的小号、一个差几
分之一秒的鼓点，听力绝非常人所及。他一边按节拍噼噼啪啪扇那个可怜学生的脸，一
边逼问他这耳光打得rushing or dragging，看得我一身冷汗：我听着都踩在点上，完
全听不出快或慢……看过的同学来说说，你们听出来没有？
这位老师有两句点睛名言，一句是“I'm there to push people beyond what's

荣和菲律宾鼓王 Fernando Carpio 一起参加无线电视台的<欢乐今宵>节目，两人还一

一晃眼去文庙已经20多年了，也许去的频率会越来越少，可是我相信那会是我永远的一
段旅程，一个目标……我从小就是一个超级喜欢买书的孩子，在我上小学的时候开始，
我最热衷的两件事就是组织同学和小朋友来家里玩、去新华书店买书。周围的新华书店
的叔叔阿姨都认识我，某次在街头我买到了一本《世界电影明星列传》的巴掌书，当时
受家庭的影响，我是一个在电影方面把劳伦斯奥利弗、费雯丽、亨弗莱鲍嘉、凯瑟琳赫
本之类的名字挂在嘴里的文艺知识小孩，当时香港的电影还没开放，看过的充其量是一
部银都机构的《少林寺》，这本小册子在介绍美国明星的同时介绍了三个（5个）香港
明星，一个是李小龙，一个是成龙，还有一个（3个人）是许氏兄弟，当时他们的片子
我都没有看过，李小龙的片子的故事有连环画，成龙的名字听到过，可许氏兄弟我完全
没有听到过，既然出现在这本小册子上，而且是和李小龙成龙并列，这引起了我很大的
兴趣，而且我从当中知道了其中有一个不但演戏还会唱歌，他的名字叫许冠杰，从那天
