cleaning carpet. Normally priced home carpet washing machine is usually much
heavier/more clumsy than vacuum cleaner. It will be killing if you use that
to vacuum frequently. |

How much water do you need to vacuum up?
Litlle steam vac will need to emptied many time, plus they are not very
powerful, so carpet will still feel wet.
If you buy a so called truck mounted steam vac (most of the time mounted
inside a a van), those are very powerful can suck up a lot of water and
carpet will feel almost dry. |

if you rent a house/apartment that allows dogs, and the dog messes up the
carpet. after few years when you move out, you don't have to worry about a
thing except maybe the pet deposit.
if it's your own house then you either have to live with the pet stains,
or change carpet every few years.
it'll be easier to find an apartment/house that 钢琴 will not disturb
neighbors than finding a house to buy |

If you are not so careful or have kids, dogs, cats, etc., every 3 to 6 month.

cheapest. Installation is $97 for the whole house plus additional charges
for stairs. You can rip off old carpets, but I don't think it worth doing
installation. It is heavy and need some skills for seaming. Otherwise you
will see bumps in the room.

似的房子yard小点，01年建的，离繁忙的路近点，但是多一个bathroom, 一个bedroom,
这样这两个房子区别不大，另外我出价的房子carpeting, paint, 还有通往车库的路
都需要重新弄，估计要7，800左右，也就是这个房子弄好要130，000。回复是：too
low not countering. 就没有理，觉得他们太自以为是。结果昨天我的agent告诉我

just clean it at the frequency that you clean the hardwood floor, which is
more obvious to show dirt. Given that the overall surface dirt amount is
roughly the same, the hardwood floor wouldn't be any cleaner than carpet.

wooden floor smells.. it's much easier to clean too if you have hardwood
floor. get some of those square playing pads from costco or target so the
kids can play there.
carpet is very dirty no matter how you clean it, you will find out when you
remove them, all the dust is trapped inside between the pad and the carpet. |
