比较幸运，我没见过摸过杆子，我在20-50LB，30-60LB之间拿不定主意，30-60LB的是
新货Pre-Order，估计九月尾才有。我就买了20-50LB，主要用于钓鳕鱼之类的。这个分
量看来是正确的，30-60LB估计是暴硬了。杆子是Penn BlueWater Carnage，7尺10寸，
没有轮座的，这个系列这个长度都没有轮座，自己爱放哪就放哪。杆子是碳杆，比较敏
感，我试试看轻刮皮椅，我能感觉到细微的摩擦弹跳。轮子是Penn Squall SQL40LDLH
Lever Drag,惯用左手轮的人在咸水器械里非常被歧视啊。这只左手轮感觉稍微大那么
一点点，经常海钓的人会觉得正好。轮子是快轮，每转37寸，对深海捞鱼上来太重要了
！租用的器械我估计每转20寸多点。酷乐是老婆买的，太小了，放黑鱼放黑海鲈可以，
鳕鱼需要大酷乐，要退换一个。

了川普「美國優先」順風車，但部分學界擔憂，邊境稅恐直接衝擊美國消費者與企業，
殃及全球經濟，甚至給它冠上了聳動稱號——「全球貿易大屠殺」(global trade
carnage)。
何謂「邊境調整稅」？首先須釐清，它不是在邊境對進口商品徵收的獨立稅種，而是美
國企業稅改的其中一環；為消除美國企業外移的稅務誘因，鼓勵企業回美生產，共和黨
眾議員將企業所得稅從35%大砍至20%，此外，每年課徵公司所得稅時，進口商品所得必
須課稅，出口商品所得則免稅。
這種效果會類似於對所有進口商品徵收20%的稅，對出口給予20%補貼，有助縮小貿易赤
字，增加國內生產商出口競爭力。換言之，大型出口商如波音公司(Boeing)可能明顯受
惠，純內銷公司也會因稅率調降而受益，但銷售進口產品或仰賴進口零件產業，如零售
、汽車業則可能受創。

一，对移民的态度没变。特朗普认为，美国的多元和开放政策十分危险，导致移民入侵
，酿成犯罪浪潮，危及社会安全，又会让恐怖分子进入美国，危害国家安全；所以他在
演说中提到，他已下令逮捕和驱逐无证移民；他还吹嘘说：“正如我所说，坏人正在离
开我们的国家。”
为了让美国人相信，多元开放不利美国，所以他必然极力将美国描绘成一个黑暗世界，
是被犯罪浪潮淹没的国家。特朗普1月20日就职演说中，将美国描绘成“屠杀”(
Carnage)，就是这个意思。国会演说虽没有再说“美国屠杀”，但基本态度没有丝毫改
变，态度依然是反开放、反移民。
二，对贸易的态度没变。高盛的分析报告，找出特朗普1990年代的谈话纪录，显示他数
十年来一贯地认为，不少国家都在贸易上占美国便宜，包括中国、日本、德国和墨西哥
都操纵货币汇率，以便在对美国贸易中牟取巨大顺差，而美国则长期处于“被抢劫”的
“不公平”状态，所以美国有必要进行“平反”，把不公平变为公平，不能再被外国抢
