（http://www.springmillapts.com/floorplans.aspx），Schumann户型， 2B+2b+1den, den（不封闭的一个屋）也可以放下一张queen的床，作为一个卧室，1254SQ. 区。
优点是：小学中学高中走路都可以上学，各种设施方便，周围华人多。偶看的一个房子
有相对封闭的厨房，木地板，通风好，外置式抽油烟机都是装好的。
缺点是：附近人口相对密集，房子每平方尺价钱贵，偶看的一个房子两边都有邻居而且
离开Carmel Country Road只隔开一栋房子。
请有经验的朋友谈谈在那一带买房的利弊，谢谢!!! |

1. 有哪些评价标准来确定OB医生的reputation呢？几个网站上的评价有差别。。
2. 最后帮助接生的PCP一定是现在找的确认怀孕的医生么？不知道如果有特殊原因需要
换physician是否可行？
