Premium，与今年相比有如下不同(不是所有区别，只注意了几项明显的)
Maternity Care / Emergency Room
今年自付$100 Copay，保险付剩下所有费用
明年自付10%，保险付90%
以生孩子账单$20,000计算，自付开支从$100增加到$2,000
以ER账单$5,000计算，自付开支从$100增加到$500。

明年自付10%。

首先，很多人天真的认为有了Affordable care act,就能够有免费的医疗保险。记住，
天下没有免费的午餐！！有这种想法的人趁早先死了这条心吧，期望越大失望越大。
并没有完全解读ACA，但是对整个ACA还是有一定的了解。总的来说，其中有一些条款特
别是一些已经开始执行的条款还是有可取之处的。很多provider也选择了即使ACA被推
翻也会继续提供这些条款，比如你可以选择cover你的孩子知道他26岁。
但是，有很多东西在我看来是相当的不靠谱的。每年数额巨大的费用将会由谁来买单也

对于现在有稳定工作，公司提供不错保险的人和家庭来说，由于ACA增加的保险人口不
少都是之前不太健康，有病或买不起保险的人，保险公司的成本增加了，所以从明年
ACA开始他们的保费也会大幅增加了，这部分人当然会怨声载道。
但从另一个角度来说，只要是打工的人，没有谁可以保证一辈子都不会被公司解雇，裁
员的，特别是那些年龄超过50岁，又不满足Medicare条件的。再说大多数人也无法在失
业后马上找到工作。如果在此期间得病，或者之前就有慢性病突然发作，那按照现有保
险体系那就等着破产吧。有人说有COBRA，问题是COBRA非常的贵并有时效性，因此ACA

只要这条在， 和党care就没有明显触动40-50人的票
那么你失业不过是把公司那部分premium补上去罢了， 这对于中产来说不是啥大事
问题在于这个care多大程度能让保费不再明显上涨， 才是它比马桶care更为人支持的

奥耙耙care以前，某自雇的朋友一家人，自己买保险每个月四五百，但coapy低，没有
deductible和coinsurance什么的幺蛾子，挺好的保险。
奥耙耙care出台后，今年这朋友一家子的保险，每个月premium一千五百多，因为不算
低收入，所以没有补贴，deductible好几千，还有20%的coinsurance，他家真心恨死奥
黑了。
另外一家自雇的，报成低收入，一家人一个月二百多，奥耙耙care给补贴7百多一个月

从L家小哥那套出来的。
最后我们买的车sticker price是 $49,805，送4年audi care -$825 value。
selling price: $46,100
Licensing and registration fee: $300,
tax 9.8% 出门价是51k差一点点。
如果不算audi care，差不多是7.4% off MSRP, 如果audi care算1个点，最后总的算是

contracts 价格和honda care差不多。 有用过这个的吗？比honda care 还好？感觉是
第三方的保险。

不过, dealer和其他auto care一般可以加钱换好油.
