板，80V的silicon nitride 点火器。低端furnace 是120V电路板，用传统的120V的
silicon carbide igniter。
silicon nitride 点火器它会有信息反馈回电路板，LED codes list 上许多厂牌都有
点火器的信息。
silicon carbide igniter 就没有。
所以第一步得相信电路板，先换个ignitor.
White Rodgers 的许多款板子买来时都有附带个全新的silicon nitride 点火器，目的

昨天想起两年前做过一个电路效率为什么那么好，仔细一看原来用了一只CREE的
silicon carbide diode。这种二极管在要求高效率的地方特别有用，如PC电源，电视等。当然现在大众化的产品都不用这种diode，但随着各种标准如engergy star， 80 plus之类的越来越高的要求，这种diode的需求会逐渐增加。CREE在silicon carbide diode方面的竞争对手目前只有STMicroelectronics和Infineon。 |
