静水面划船锻炼，也可以转战一些最高到三级的白水，也可以去海岸河口钓鱼钓螃蟹。
看到这个Sevylor Colorado非常popular,价钱还好。就想请教一下用过的朋友们，
有没有用它漂三级白水的？够不够结实？船里积水怎么排出？
用完了之后清理弄干麻不麻烦，要很长时间吗？
还有没有什么用的时候发现的不方便或者问题？

天刚朦朦亮，简易就醒了。他惦记着拍日出。夜里，雨就停了，却刮了半宿的风，应该没
有晨雾，正是拍日出的好机会。
钻出帐篷，他瞄了一眼小水的帐篷，静悄悄的，应该还在睡吧？也是，一个女生划canoe
到这里，半夜又折腾那么一场，不困才怪。在他的意识里，女生大多懒得跟猫似的，恨不
能天天卧在树荫里睡大觉。
简易支好三脚架，开始选角度。往右，再往右。咦，那是什么？canoe吗？没错，远处飘
着的正是一搜红色的canoe，显然没人，随着波浪一起一伏。他回头察看，果然，小水的
canoe不见了。这个傻瓜，难道不知夜里canoe是一定要系在树枝或石头上的吗？像昨夜的
风，吹不跑才怪！
看看时间，应该来得及在日出前把它拖回来。昨夜虽然很尴尬，毕竟人家是善意，自己也
该大度一点，投李报桃。
然而，当简易的船靠近canoe时他却傻了眼：小水正在船上！不是坐着，而是躺在船尾，
远看自然跟没人似的。一时，他犹豫着不知该靠过去，还是该掉头？
小水早就看到简易的canoe向自己划来，也猜到了他的意图。见他在不远处停住了，明白
了他的尴尬。于是坐起来，笑着打了个招呼：“早。”

大概$100-$200.
最先我们买了用来装canoe的泡沫塑料，镶嵌在canoe边上，然后倒扣在车顶。
后来换成了rack，更方便一些。这个rack拆卸很方便，我只是用时装。
当时还买了一套绳子（前一后一中二），固定canoe很方便。
后来卖canoe是送人了（还有救生衣、浆等），现在没得用，亏了。

原来有条Canoe，后来卖掉了，因为感觉不是和我家。现在选择这条船有几方面的考虑：
1. 可折叠：房子很小，放不下整船，能折叠起来的船是首选
2. 可以一个人搬运：折叠起来之后用hand truck可以一个人搬运。老婆力气太小，让
她帮忙搬不太现实。以前玩Canoe的时候，把船从车顶上放下来，抬到湖边就已经没力
气了。（我们没有trailer房子太小，没地方放）
3. 猜想在水里比较稳：相比canoe和kayak，这条船与水的接触面积更大一些，抵抗浪
会好一些。
4. 装motor很容易：不钓鱼的时候可以带一家人出去玩，有个motor轻松加愉快
5. 个人很喜欢它的rowing part，小时候一直都玩rowing boat，原来的canoe我也配了
rowing extension。

, 破IV-的大浪能力是不错的, 在III的感觉相当与RAFT的IV级, who care about the
real class of rapid but we do care how how exciting from the kayaking.
长途特别是WILDERNESS, RAFT和CANOE是唯二的工具, inflatable canoe(kayak)就是介
于当中的东西, 弱点不太弱, 强点极强(方便实用安全SPORTY价格便宜GO ANYWHERE).
为什么美国人没有想到用这呐? 美国INFLATABLE一般是指KAYAK(SEVYLOR RIVER), 但是
IK不适合长途(座位不舒服, 不能承载GEAR).

发帖数: 4671 | 21 康河上很适合 canoeing 啊。很怀念每天下了班开饭前去康河划船的日子。
短的叫 kayak，玩激流 (whitewater) 用的，很灵活，不怕翻；长的叫 canoe，省力，
高速，是在比较平静的水面长途赶路用的。事实上你看到的这两个都应该算 canoe，单
桨。canoe 的一个重要技巧是单桨侧身划船让船头走直线 -- 是决定是否省力的最关键
因素。另外急刹，侧向稳定地平移（船头不左右摇晃）等都是好玩且实用的技巧。很推
荐连续几天的那种 canoe hiking，带着帐篷，夜里上岸 camping，白天赶路。康河特
适合这个。

，买了一包打折成49分的JIG，一包小龙虾假饵，一包Gamakatsu的鱼钩，拿着东西去柜
台问收银的卖不卖渔证，回答说卖。又把我的情况说了一下，问可不可以买州内渔证。
回我说只要有BILL能证明我最近6个月在科州，这个好办，就怕他们一定要科州驾照。
CHECKOUT买的东西，回头就开回公司把前六个月的电费帐单打出来了。
回去化了大概有20分钟，终于拿到了科州的渔证，打开一看，今天就有效了。做工比原
来的那个州的渔证精制，防水的，OK州的渔证，就打印在一张A4纸上，回去还得自已剪
好。
回到家，反正也是不饿，拿好渔竿，上面的饵还是上次在OK时用的ROOSTER TAIL，走到
水面，开钓。
没有几下就上鱼的，可惜都是小朋友。都是大嘴，前前后后上了有5条左右。

发帖数: 6896 | 30 刚才灌水时提到本人 2007-2010 一连四年的功夫，每年夏天都要掉水里一次。其中有
一次比较惊险，学了点教训，拿出来说说：
话说那次与友人去划 canoe，我身上有个 fanny pack，里面装了些东西如车钥匙、相
机、皮夹等。上船时我把它脱了下来，扔船板上。船到湖中心时不幸翻覆，我在掉进水
前那一秒钟心里想的不是过去一生的 flash back，而是两件事情：
第一、奶奶的，又是一支手机泡汤！（那是第三支死在水里的，也是最后一支）
第二、糟糕！车钥匙！
我俩掉进水后，扶着翻覆的 canoe 慢慢踢水往岸边去。在这几十分钟里，我心里一直
在想怎么办？那时我们离家三个钟头，找朋友来接我们太远了。找附近的游客把我们带
到附近旅馆先住一晚，这可能比较可行，但我的皮夹也掉水里，又不确定朋友的信用卡
还在不在？当时为了怕朋友心焦，不敢问。心想 worst case 可能就是先去医院或警察
局过夜，然后找朋友来接我们。就这样，半个多钟头，心里焦虑不堪又不敢讲，慢慢踢
水回到岸边。
等回到岸边，把 canoe 翻过来一看，暗喊一声侥幸！原来 fanny pack 被 canoe 上的

to have fun of such paddling. I do have a motor for my canoe though, but I
am not familiar with the waterway and this is my first time paddling down
this river, I know certain part of the river is failrly shalow yet rapid, I
am afraid it will damage my motor so I did not bring it with me.
Also, two cars will do the work, only one car need to have a roof rack or

这个的好处是，比如我有Kayak也有canoe,买一个可以装在两个船上用。
尤其是canoe,装一个这东西，在大湖或者海湾里钓鱼很不错。你说的问题也很容易解决
，当然canoe的seaworthy差，不过搞outrigger.
我去年就像搞这么一条脚踩动力的 outrigger canoe,后来想想我都不怎么钓鱼，折腾
这些也是瞎折腾。 |

情人节期间去蒙特利尔，碰到一个当地朋友向我吹蒙特利尔人如何有情调，「至少每
周外出就餐两次」。我心想：Is that a big deal？多伦多人是平均每星期外出就餐三
次的。论享受美食，全加拿大没有哪个城市能和多伦多相提并论。
据全球知名美食指南杂志Zagat最近公布的一项调查，多伦多人每周平均外出就餐3.1次
，居全北美前列，超过纽约（3.0次）、芝加哥（2.8次），略低于美国著名的旅游城市
拉斯韦加斯（3.4次）。尽管这去年本国经济遭遇缓增长，失业率上升、平均收入下降
，但是仍有28％的受调查者外出就餐的次数超过前年，18％的调查者的次数下降；34％
的人在享受美食上的花费超过前年，只有9％的人下降。
同这份调查一起出炉的，还有2012年度多伦多餐馆的排行榜，一共囊括了本地315家餐

pigee,wxiao和偶手拉着手，怀着一腔一不怕苦，
二不怕累，三不怕死的精神，脸上生动地再现着
红军两万五千里长征时痛苦而坚毅表情，转身就要
往河里冲!
不知工作人员是被偶们感动乐，还是怕偶们惹祸，
上前好言相劝：canoe比raft快,要不你们坐canoe吧！”
偶们三个面面相觑，不晓得raft和canoe 的天壤之别，
小声嘀咕乐一阵， 向工作人员道：“
偶们就是来rafting的！不过请多给偶们一支浆！"
就象被关在笼子里一冬天的小鸟儿， 好容易盼来乐
春天出笼放飞的机会，偶们三个扛着桨，
摩拳擦掌地就冲下乐水！
三支桨，拼命地划，能不原地打转儿吗？
不能！
所以下水半小时乐，尽管偶们都争先恐后使出吃奶的
力气，划啊划，还先后调整乐pigee和偶，偶和wxiao,
wxiao和pigee的位置，船基本上没怎么动窝儿~
最后偶们动了动脑子，觉得一左一右2支桨应该比
三支桨管用！于是偶自告奋勇撤乐下来！
撤下来不能闲着，偶被他们分配乐压船头的工作，
具体就是拼命往船头坐，压低船头 |

你想玩水，但没经验，是吧？如果这里有人借你，领你下水去玩最好。如果没有的话，
你可以先去租船玩玩看，有几次经验后再决定要不要买船。（你没小孩吧？）放心，不
管是 canoe 或 kayak 都很简单，不需要训练。其实我第一次 kayaking 是在 San
Juan Islands 的海上，海上哦，不是湖上，还要穿 spray skirt 的那种。去的时候，
带队的人也不过就是给大家二十分钟讲解就下水了，一点也不复杂。
租 kayak 的话，可以去 Enatai Beach Park，在 Bellevue，有双人的有单人的。另外
可以去 Lake Union 边上的 Moss Bay，他们的特点是让你租回家，但你的车子要能装
载，估计你不行。租 Canoe 或 row boat，可去 UW。Anyway，如果借不到你就去租来
玩玩看。一定要穿救生衣，这是州的规定。
任何脚踩的 “船” 都很费劲，人也离水面很高，享受不到 “在水上” 的感觉。橡皮

发帖数: 5103 | 45 所以我说如果妈妈也想下水，就要开两辆车。两辆车一起开到上岸的地方，留一辆车在
那里，两人一起带了船开第二辆车到下船的地方。完了以后船装上第一辆车，两人坐第
一辆车回到下船的地方，取第二辆车回家。
以上方法除了麻烦以外，还有个问题：两辆车都要能够装载或拖曳船只，比如说都要有
roof rack 或 hitch。如果你的船需要个 trailer 的话，那就更麻烦了 -- 有点像脑
筋急转弯的问题 :-)
（当然，如果你是动力船的话，就没有两头跑来跑去的问题了。）
raft 当然比较稳，比较不容易翻，我从未在 raft 上翻过（除了一次一脚踩空），但
却在 canoe 与 kayak 上各翻过一次，capsize 的翻法。raft 的坏处是比较不容易
steering，划起来的速度也比较慢。不过以泛舟而言，这些都不是什么问题，外国人连
卡车内胎都可以拿来泛舟的。不过 canoe 与 kayak 可以去的地方比较多。但是 raft
与 canoe 可以坐好几个人。可是 kayak 显然看起来比较潮。。。。。。反正各有各的
好与坏就对了。 |

发帖数: 925 | 46 Joba这个从去年开始就是折腾来折腾去的，今年好歹是8，9月份领先多，有资本折腾。
知道有局数限制，年初又不舍得放下AAA去，总觉得在大联盟投一局都是对球队的直接贡
献。
Cano这个，估计还是留着吧，天分肯定有，但是今年的RISP不知道是不是今年的特殊问
题，就像去年的手冷一样。现在还记得他05playoff打猴子的时候，满垒的一个2垒打，
当时还真觉得Cano是个大赛打手的。真正能比Cano好的二垒手，AL和NL都算上，估计也
没有几个。 |

Yankees also have that Cano situation going on; a lot of work to do for
Cashman, and at least locking up the manager leaves one less moving part.
It's quite funny, that in 2009 Cano is hot and Yankees has the upper hand;
and everybody said that Red Sox will have a Pedroia situation down the road.
All of a sudden Red Sox has Pedroia locked up first and Cano becomes more
or less a question mark.

On the other hand, it doesnot make too much sense to me if they invest tons
of money on Cano and then say to him: we'll rebuild around you in the
following 2-4 years.
Maybe Cano can accept that with that one ring already in hand? |

get the valuable draft picks in return. Cano has been
proven unable to carry a team--Yanks got back into
the game this season only after ARod and Soriano got
on-board. More importantly, Cano has big work ethic
problem, which is a big NO NO for young teammates in
rebuild, and it's very likely he's on PED, too.
