海把老国王请回家当国王。这可是越越最不愿看到的。老洪当年投越也是Pol Pot对洪
森，韩桑林太狠了，赶尽杀决。说句实在话，当年TG支持的红色高棉的Pol Pot实在是
太残忍了。
１９９０年，中越恢复谈判，中方最大的条件就是Cambodia 恢复了王国，老国王回家
当国王，越方和韩桑林政府不同意，但当时的国际形式已不在越方和韩桑林政府一方（

在Cambodia的，明明当地人也是蒙古人种，也不肯娶他们。
其中马来西亚、印尼华人是最Die hard的，结果也是被迫害的最严重的。
缅甸、越南、Cambodia就比较暧昧，大家都是黄种人，说不清。
泰国是佛教国家，大家都人不错，所以也没坚持。

brain drilling part. However, it's not done by the machine. He told me it
was done just by those guards using bricks as I remember.
I guess the 2 M deaths are probably mostly due to the starvation and lack of
medicines, which is similar with the 3 years hardship in China. Still, 20 K
political prisoners killed in that prison really show the cruelty of the
communist party there.

今天汉城市市长李明博在汉城市政府举行记者招待会，宣布把汉城市的中文名称改为“首
尔”，呵呵，觉得这不是一件什么特别大的事情，别国提供一个自己城市的外语译名，在
外交史上也屡见不鲜，譬如中国规定"东北"的翻译不再作为 Manchuria; 翻译中国地名时
应使用汉语拼音, 把旧时习惯上的称呼Peking，Nanking改为Beijing，Nanjing等。以国
外为例，缅甸将原来的英译名Burma改为Myanmar，因为Myanmar更接近缅人的自称Myan
Mar的发音；柬埔寨把Cambodia改为Kampuchea等等。所以更改自己国名或是地名的翻译也
不是什么新鲜事情，影响到汉语翻译的以前也有，譬如“象牙海岸”把它的拉丁语翻译一
律改为Cote d'Ivoire，于是英文译名也从Ivory Coast改为了Cote d'Ivoire，汉语也跟
着从“象牙海岸”改为“科特迪瓦”。
可是就这么一件不大不小的事儿，不知道为什么激起 |

乔森潘。他被控对1970年代柬埔寨大屠杀罪行负责，柬埔寨法院特别法庭（
Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia）对他的拘押令中指其“协助并
教唆了”红色高棉政权的政策，“其特点包括从政治立场和其他非人道理由进行的谋杀
、毁灭、监禁和迫害。”这是当年国际种族灭绝罪法庭起诉世界上最残酷政权之一的领
导人的最新步骤。
2007年11月13日，76岁的乔森潘在听到前红色高棉外长英萨利被逮捕的消息后，突发中
风而入住金边医院接受治疗。一周后他刚迈出医院的大门，便被警方以犯有战争罪和反

做个相关性统计不就行了。

“红色高棉”在毛支持下夺取政权
红色高棉又称赤柬，前身为柬埔寨劳动党，于1960年9月30日在金边火车站的一间破旧
房屋里，由上世纪50年代初从法国留学回柬埔寨的波尔布特、农谢、英萨利等留法派，
为摆脱越南共产党对柬埔寨的控制而创建的，后改名为柬埔寨共产党。该党是一共产主
义组织，奉行极左政策。
1975年4月，被称为“红色高棉”的柬埔寨共产党在毛的支持下，取得当时柬埔寨政权
。在其后4年统治期间，红色高棉领导人实施所谓“从肉体上消灭资产阶级”的极端政
策，并进行党内政治大清洗，造成数以万计的柬埔寨人因劳役、迫害、饥荒等而非正常
死亡，成为20世纪中最血腥暴力的人为灾难之一。
乔森潘是红色高棉前最高领导人波尔布特最亲密的助手，是红色高棉第五号人物。有中
国血统的乔森潘1931年出生于柬埔寨东南部的柴桢省，上世纪五十年代留学法国，期间
加入了法国共产党，并担任高棉学生会主席。1959年回国后在一所大学任职。六十年代
