今天下午终于有时间锻炼锻炼身体，就和一个同事去海防医科大学打篮球。 投了
会儿篮，逐渐来了几个越南人，都是以前打球见过的，用越语，汉语或英语混杂打了招
呼。
不知什么时候来了个男孩，用英语问他多大，他回答十六岁，高中一年级，英语挺
不错，至少作为一个高中一年级的学生，比中国我见过的高一学生口语上好多了，至少
在口语上。
问我是不是韩国人，我说Chinese。 沉默了一下，突然他用英语说：“Vietnamese
usually not friendly with Chinese (越南人不太喜欢中国人)。
我一愣，以为自己听错了，哪有这么说的，就说了pardon，他重复道：Vietnamese

不过由于今年还有几个月，汇率仍然在变化，今年正式的数据，要到明年四月的半年报

汇率是按一年的平均汇率来算，美元对人民币上半年汇率大概6.4左右，下半年大概6.9
左右，全年汇率大概在6.6到6.8之间，和去年差不多，可能是6.7左右，2017年的平均
汇率是6.75。

Asian居然不是一个普世价值。
中国和加拿大的定义， 亚洲人Asian就是亚洲的人。
英国由于历史原因， Asian就是印度等南亚人， 中国人不是Asian, 单列。
美国的Asian American 是六，七十年代东亚和东南亚学生大罢课的产物。 菲律宾人自
认褐色， 不是黄色。 为了联合反对帝国主义， 黄种人消失了，Asian American出现
了。
西亚的阿拉伯人对Asian American的分类不感兴趣， 自认是白人，拒绝加入。

越南菲律宾相对争议较大.
但说东盟都和TG有领海争议也不对, 比方CAMBODIA,LAOS,Thailand 就应该没有.
和文莱, 马来西亚都有争议, 印尼也有, 不过相对争议最小.文莱也应该也没买TG的武
器, 只是太小, 被忽略了. |
