在加州麦赛德县152号公路翻车惨死。他在金山湾区的亲人遍寻不着，15天后才接获警
方通知，找到的尸体已发黑肿胀，爬满了蛆。
1989年2月出生的崔明哲，2011年底来美，在洛杉矶一所语言学校就读。今年4月18
日要从洛杉矶北上圣荷西探望阿姨黄女士，当晚9时许通过电话说要上路。但黄女士等
到第二天早上，一直没有消息，手机打了多通就是没人接。
4月19日中午，黄女士终于决定报警。她不通英语，在男友吴先生陪同下，前往圣
他克拉拉市警局。但警方告诉她，既然崔明哲住在洛杉矶，应到洛杉矶警局报案。
黄女士跟吴先生打电话到洛杉矶警局，警局却告诉她，既已在圣他克拉拉市警局报
案，应由圣他克拉拉市警局处理。两人只好自力救济，沿圣荷西一路南下，在每个高速
公路出口都拿着崔明哲的照片影印本，到处问人有没有看过他。

看天气情况，看海拔高度，看你从哪条路进山
内华达州 Rose 那边的情况不清楚
在加州这边，如果你走US50， （从湾区取道Sacramento 向South Lake Tahoe City 方
向）只有 Echo Summit 这一段的上山方向有可能要雪链。这里说的有可能要雪链，是
指CALTRAN根据天气情况规定车辆需要装雪链。这是是规定，不是指个人根据自己的车
的状况认为需要与否。如果实时需要安装雪链，50号一路上的电子告示牌（提前几十
miles）有 Chain Control的提示，尽管看到告示牌，你大可以去到附近才买雪链。没
准你去到后，已经停雪，道路也清理干净，这样就不用雪链，因为从第一个显示牌，到
Echo Summit 有起码一个小时的车程。 而且越靠近山顶，买雪链的地方越多，附近小
镇的路边小店，甚者连附近小镇的Safeway 都有雪链卖。（路旁是没有小店的，你要离
开US 50， 到附近小镇买，然后再回到主公路）。
另外，雪链买了一般不可退，如果你有坏主意，买之前要了解清楚。。 |

freeway上的pothole报告Caltrans,而local的报告给city.通常第2天最晚不超过一星期
就补好，这样造福大家。

上一场大雨就造成101Freeway南向Downtown附近过Alameda St出口处不远的最左边两道
出现至少三个坑，虽然还没大到必须紧急修补，但至少对轮胎存在潜在的危险，很多车
经过时都尽量避开。没想到半年都过去了，那几个坑一直还在，每天无数的车辆包括警
车经过，竟然没人报告。俺实在无法忍受，于是上个周5到caltrans 网站上报告，没想
到过了一个周末，今天经过时，那几个坑都填补好了，效率非常之快。 |

的入口，却发现没必要付钱上，因为其它LANE也很快。而且EXPRESS LANE 开了这么
多天，很少看到有人用 （AFTER 9AM），用的也是CAR POOL的。我怀疑从9AM到8PM
之间EXPRESS LANE一天一共能收到100块钱吗？
这个工程也真够搞笑的，不知道是哪个NC的想出来的。

因为拖家带口，想找个相对安全方便的区域：
1. 2Bed 2000左右
2. 因为暂时没车，希望离Bart或者Caltran，bus近 方便去Downtown SF。 Commute半
小时左右可以接受。
3. 比较安全，环境比较整洁
4. 去超市买菜之类比较方便
5. 最好旁边有比较好的daycare
希望大家推荐几个区，或者哪些区要避免的。
比如Dale City，South SF，San Bruno，Fremont哪个区性价比比较高？
初来乍到，完全摸不着头绪，谢啦！ |
