标 题: 紧急请教 要买的房子在新bart station 附近

要买的房子和将要建的新bart station之间：
直线距离 0.6 mile （1000米左右）
开车大约是1.5mile
要买的房子倒是小区中间，周围都有不少房子
这个有啥硬伤没有？比较纠结中。。。

这个最近的track在4-5block之外，有20个左右房子和4，5条小路隔着
不知道这种距离吵不吵，是bart进站前的时候
这个bart站是最后的一个bart站了

some tunnnel, it gets kind of loud.

caltrain station and Palo alto high school, every morning starting around
6, caltrains come and go like earthquakes. |

you can go to Fremont Bart station and hear the noise yourself. and go to
Santa clara Caltrain station as a comparison.

查了一下：
进站前要提前减速的，进站的速度一般是30-40公里/小时，i.e., 25mph， driving sp
eed in residential area
离家最近的地方，应该就是bart开始滑行进站的距离了,可能确实问题不太大

业区。其实有了新商业区，对你说的那个房子应该是利好。
新修的bart震动和噪音做得都会比较好。100米以外应该没有影响。
