input information。所谓 calm down 就是暂时让 brain 不要再接受
更多的外界信息。
大点的娃，calm down 只需要告诉娃 calm down 就可以了。当然，很多
时候大人也要配合 shut-up。
小娃可能需要 time out，time out 大人陪在旁边，说完基本理由以后
也不需要说太多。
calm down，brain 恢复正常以后，再慢慢说。。。
当然，以上是理论，可操作性是另一个问题。。。 |

一下，或者是你们至少有一个人睡一下。休息好了才能有体力带宝宝。我和你差不多，
也是3，4天的时候放弃母乳了，我月子里就我和我老公俩个人，没办法再应付堵奶的事
了。另外拍嗝MM可以试试让宝宝做在腿上，一只手扶着下额和脖子，一只手拍，先上下
抚摸，然后由下向上拍，还可以双手扶着头部，顺时针转一转，这些youtube上都有视
频。小宝宝胀气是容易睡不好，你还可以试试Colic Calm或者其他帮助胀气的药，我们
把奶粉换成胀气宝宝的奶粉了，奶瓶也换了dr.brown的了，还加了Colic Calm ,总之就
是多试试，另外慢慢长大点就好了，我好不容易熬到三个月，觉得见到曙光了呢，所以

来，估计这一举动对孩子刺激太大。
这个事要老师跟家长一起合作，找到能够让小孩CALM DOWN的MAGIC WORD.
我儿子和你们家小孩当时的情况正相反，在学校比较容易CALM，在家里大声喊叫，几次
跟老爸殴斗到一起。 通过跟老师的谈话我发现可能是跟我们在家里的暴力有关（汗）
。我当时问老师她平常让小孩CALM DOWN 都采取哪些方法，说什么样的话。 我发现这

你把小孩抱着，然后坐到另一个安静的房间里面去 她会挣扎 但是你就抱着 直到她
calm down为止。
在calm down之前不要有任何对话和交流 你就抱着，但是ignore她的yell和踢打 同时
你家老公也别来干扰你 你可能会看你家小孩在你怀抱中挣扎 哭闹 于心不忍 但是hold
住please 继续ignore直到她calm down，也别让她离开你的怀抱，这个作用有time out
的作用，但是同时也可以树立你家长的权威。
什么时候calm down了 什么时候跟她好好说 你做错了 要听爸妈的话 讲道理 然后领她
该干嘛干嘛 比如收拾东西等等。
你试试看有没有用。。原来在lab school对那些失控的小孩我们多用这个方法 很耗体
但是几次一搞挺有效的。

的经验。真要成功让宝宝睡好觉，耐心会观察爱学习的爸妈是必要，而要达到这个境界
只能自家trial and error。 我尽量写，如果谁家爸妈还有问题，把你家宝宝的年龄，
作息贴过来或给我发信，我或者大家帮你看看怎么调整比较好。还有，写的有不对或不
全的地方，希望大家指出来，我会update。
问题：什么是sleep train阿？
回答：我的看法，广义的说，是给宝宝一个合适他/她年龄的睡觉作息安排，并教
给他/她好的能持之以恒的入睡本领（可以借助工具，也可以不要）。所以sleep train
应该包括训入睡，调整时间，延长nap，nap和晚上睡觉consolidate睡整。
问题：我家这样的还需要train吗？
回答：宝宝跟宝宝不一样，主要的标准还是宝宝精神好，注意力集中，满意。如果
精神不好，烦躁就有调整的需要。 一些常见的问题是宝宝入睡难哄，折腾很久；白天
总是30，40分钟短nap，两个月以后晚上睡不到10-12个小时（中间吃迷糊奶或拍拍马上

我儿子也有这么段时期，不过后来好像没发展这么严重（FT，又没有FLLOW UP）。
现象：老师稍微一说就咧大嘴大哭大喊。
老师的方法：让儿子先CALM DOWN, TAKE A DEEP BREATH，让他安静下来以后再跟老师
说话。找家长谈，说孩子最近情绪激进。
我的措施：
1.反复跟他说solve problem by words.我通常就这么一句话反复，让小孩背诵（汗）
。因为我觉得多了他听不懂，还不如一句让他记住。
后果：他现在边哭边说：solve problem by words
2.教他深呼吸，排解心中怒气。每次孩子哭，先别着急批评他，先教他呼气大法，把气
捋顺，气大伤身，也帮他CALM DOWN.在小孩CALM DOWN之前不批评不讨论。
结果：经过反复多次训练，可以在2分钟之内基本平静
3.一切平静后，开始反攻倒算
等孩子可以平静交谈了，问问他到底咋回事呢，喊啥，对老师有啥看法。
灌输孩子思想
a.你一哭说话不清楚，别人不知道你说啥，解决不了问题
B.还是要有纪律观念，和学会respect老师，至少不能给人老师身体伤害。快上K了还是
要灌输 |

。我这女儿特会嫉妒，我揉孩子他爸，她还跟我争，在家里不让我喊她爸爸＂老公＂，
让我喊名字。nnd，为这事情我解释了很多回，难道女儿跟我吃醋，还是我跟女儿吃醋
了。（PS，平时在家里女儿跟爸爸特别亲）。还有比我更失败的妈吗？平时就管不住这
个家伙，吃力还不讨好！！！！

个世道做人难，上网灌个水也难，稍不注意就要被别人扣上帽子。
不过因为我俩孩子情况太相似了，所以我还是分享一下我的经验吧，给出一些建议，当
然采取与否是你自己的事情，毕竟那是你自己的孩子对吧？
我女儿现在也是四岁多，以前也是疑似自闭症然后确证轻微阿斯伯格症，有严重的社交
障碍。你我都知道这样的孩子是很难带的，但是现在终于黎明到来了，不仅仅是孩子自
己grow out了，还有我们家长和老师的共同努力。现在孩子非常乖巧懂事，有很多朋友
，老师经常表扬她，sweet, 懂礼貌，言行非常gentle.上个月开会已经决定让她退出
special program了。因为她已经不需要这个帮助了。
我也没有什么经验，跟很多父母一样，都是摸石头过河，但是根据自己看书，寻求专家
意见，加上对自己父母教育方式的总结，我觉得他们这类孩子，就是需要大棒加萝卜，
缺一不可。
大概看了一下你家孩子的情况，我觉得你目前要做的最重要的事情是，让他上幼儿园。
既然离上k还有1年的时间，你完全可以让他上个pre-k什么的，半天的也行。为什么上

这个词原始与体育比赛，就是暂停
take a break 再继续战斗
用到孩子身上，学龄前孩子身上
就是孩子仍tantrum，或者情绪非常激动的时候，或者哭泣的时候
其他的原本应该进行的正常活动，这个孩子就是没有办法进行了的
这个时候讲道理，孩子也是听不进去的
大多数情况下，孩子move on之前就必须先calm down
那么让孩子calm down的一种方式就是timeout
把孩子转移到制定地点（不影响其他孩子的活动），给时间平息
然后就有一系列书籍讲如何正确地timeout,如何设置timeout的时间etc
我想了，这个calm down的机会，不同的幼儿园都会以不同的形式给与孩子们的
可能大家不都这么叫，是对的
我对to的回帖，是针对某些妈妈的timeout的方式的
不是针对所有的timeout的方式的
所以我才会小声提醒，有别人形式的timeout |

because I think a smooth enviornment is even more important than your
capability/skills. For the engineer stuff, as long as you are not that
stupid and humble enough, everybody can do the job. For some cases, there is

The weather was perfect, mid 70’s during the day, sunny but not too hot;
sometimes it rained a little during evenings which just made the air fresher
. I couldn't've asked for better.
As someone who can’t swim, the only water activity I could do was
snorkeling. Even that was kind of challenging as I would freak out if the
water was too deep :P Last time (and the only time) I snorkeled before this
was 3 years ago.
