有事说事了。
never get emotional，记住这点。不要说任何针对人的话，陈述事实，并且保持你的
态度
calm，平和，让老板觉得首先你是一个reasonable的人。
另外平时注意和这个人相处的细节，比如她说你不打招呼啥的，你就非常大放热情的大
声和她说一
次，如果她没有任何response，立即记下日期时间你说了啥。以后这是你的证据，越
detail越好。
工作细节也是一样，你一定要首先做到极致。比如她总是追问你are you sure。你就要
不厌其烦的
说，i am sure。 这个你说不上她哪儿不是，所以你就要回答她。不然她会反过来
complain你的
工作态度。但是其他事情如果你反复询问过她，但她没有做好或怎样，你要记下细节，
然后准备反击
的时候用。
总之我觉得当别人把你当包子想欺负你的时候，你一定要反击，但一定要反击的smart

我老公也是复习考试，睡眠质量一直很差，经常凌晨起来，或者凌晨才能睡着。step1
考试的时候前一天吃了4片催眠药，第二天上午都昏沉沉的，幸亏考试是在下午，不然
。。。。
melatonin是人体自己的激素，晚上产生的多，代谢得快，第二天早上没有不良反应。
搜索网上的评论也是很好。
我选的是webber 的sleep-calm，因为我看她的成分说明里除了melatonin还有其他两味
，一个可以缓解压力，一个可以改善睡眠质量。但是在ebay上没有发现webber的产品，
大概因为是加拿大的牌子。
你可以到附近的店里的维生素区看看有没有melatonin（99%会有的）如果有 webber的
sleep-calm就更好了。

昨天弱弱的和两个朋友说，"shall we talk about carpool?" 他们两个都愣住了。过
了半天才明白俺在说什么。我讲话的时候，这个l的音，不注意的话，基本是吃掉的。
家里小宝教了我好久怎么说Calm, calm down, downtown, 我怎么说也说不象 :(
和一个sp谈的时候，明显能从他的表情里看出，他听我讲话，不像听其

btw: 上次跑波马， 我家小狗在sheltor里还被大狗咬了， 说那个大狗

发帖数: 679 | 37 周六第一次去SC(Santa Cruz)。本来上周从周六开始到周三，一直有很多人在santa
cruz钓到wsb，而且一个比一个大。看得大家心里都很痒。虽然周五开始就没人在SC钓
到wsb了，还是跟很多人一样想去试试。早上5点就到了harbor，一片繁忙的景象，大家
都忙着在黑暗中launch船、kayak。我因为第一次去，对parking等情况不熟悉，折腾到
6点多才下水。早上的水面如镜，而且竟然几乎没有drift。mile buoy周围power boat
和kayak云集，像是打人民战争。到了mile buoy后，发现新买的3mm wetsuit有点不够
用，觉得浑身冷，又很想上大号（呵呵）。又因为在去mile buoy的路上一路盯着fish
finder或者低头setup鱼钩，竟然晕船了（头一次在kayak上晕船，而且是在这么平静的
水面上）。这当中胡乱上了几个rock都放了，因为我下了3个杆for wsb or halibut，
如果keep rock就只能下一个杆。因为头两天都没睡够，觉得支持不住，就往回开，最

validation 很重要，再者就是父母自己要calm，要demonstrate self soothing
最重要的是，这个过程要从很小做起，从第1次孩子哭闹做起；
我猜哈，这个妈妈以前大概一直都是以各种方式来comfort/calm孩子，小孩子不太有能
力自我soothing/distracting；

昨天又受刺激了, 对门的小男孩和咱儿子一般大, 上同一家学校, 人家美国父母还没有
花啥心思推儿子, 到现在学校要求读的100本书好不容易读了50本, 咱儿子100本书都读
完了.
昨天小男孩来我家玩, Andy刚读完一本叫"Grandpa Toad's secret"的书, 是和我一起
读的,
中间我帮忙不少. 小男孩自己很顺利就读完了, 我还问人家"What does this book
talk about?" 小男孩立马就绘声绘色地开始review了, 语言组织能力之强, 和美国人
做presentation 一样, 1,2,3, 转折衔接很自然,三言两语就把故事给review完了, 又
生动又简练还突出了重点.
再瞧瞧自家儿子,无论是用中文还是用英文, 都是啃吃啃吃, 里面无数个然后或者and
then,
又臭又长, 人物背景通通模糊, 听得人稀里糊涂. 这差的可不是一点半点啊.

小儿子坐carousel, 当爹的在一旁陪护
carousel一转起来， 小儿子害怕了， 咧着嘴呜呜： 我害怕， 我害怕。。。
只见daddy低身说了一句话， 小儿子就渐渐放松了， 开始向我微笑挥手。
我跟小冰一样，很激动，很感动。
下来之后， 抱住小儿子一顿亲啊夸啊。
然后抓住LD大赞： 小儿子EQ真高啊。 你看他已经panic了，
可是还是能强迫自己calm down而且还能慢慢放松且enjoy了。
LD淡定的问： 这个很难吗？
我说： 当然难了， 一旦进入害怕，panic的情绪是很难走出来的。
大人都不能做的很好的。能calm down就不容易了。 blahblah，
我抓住LD足足讲了5分钟，这表象后面的心理学社会学意义。
最后意犹未尽的问： 对了， 你跟他说了句什么呀？
LD再次淡定的看了我一眼： 我跟他说， 你再哭，我就揍你的屁股！ |

发帖数: 1345 | 46 是男孩子吧。其实，越危险的时候，越是不能一惊一诧的，你calm了，他们才会calm。
臭小子摔了，我就说，shake it off, it's alright, get up.
如果摔的重了，哭了，我就说，stop crying, stop crying then you can tell me
where hurts, otherwise, I cant help you.
也是被他训练出来的。小时候，他和他爹玩，手腕和肩各脱臼一次，去医院的路上，他
痛的哇哇哭，我掐死他爹的心都有了。几个月前，他溜冰的时候摔了，摔到肩关节，因
为是原先脱臼过的，他又哭的凶，我心里还是很担心的。当时就是坐在冰上，抱着他很
久，说，没事，没事的，等他平静点了，再检查。 |

拳击沙袋也打过，出汗很快，沙袋反弹回来时还是要小心。不过对 anger management
好像有些效果，觉得想kill something 或自我了断时去打打沙袋可以缓缓，用西西的话
说，压死camel的last 稻草，好像可以unload some weight.
钢管舞也学过，也就那么几个动作，没什么了不起。想到这个，just realize 自己一件
事，心情好些时对flirt 完全没感觉，就像“where is post office?" 时，白痴的可以
。今天上午在coffee shop 呆了一上午，工作，居然有人来了句pick up line, "where
did you get your computer bag?" MD, 没看见我忙着吗？ 当我是白痴啊。当时就
想用中文回一句，：”滚“。
yoga 到是练了三年了，重要的是呼吸，不是做动作，特别对抑郁的人来说，要深呼吸。
深呼吸，calm down...calm down.... |
