16年后每月加了1万。所以15年青千工资不到30万。16年的青千40万。这个工资
不算系里給的钱数（有的系給一些，有的不给）和绩效（有人能拿，有人没有）。
所以清华不到30万的青千有，高于50万的应该也有。

回清华一年多了，说说清华的情况，给大家看看，有意向回清华的参考一下。
总体来说就是机遇是有的，但是待遇太差，有意见也没处提，很多不公平的政策，学校
不闻不问或者觉得青千待遇已经很好了（really？），而且觉得年轻人不要这么多意见
，呵呵。青千在清华真不算是人才呀。
清华大学去年所有院系已经全部完成人事制度改革。目前清华对自己的定位是世界前30
名。目标是很好的，但是要想成为世界一流名校，清华首先得提高对年轻老师的待遇，

。 我现在是远程在家工作。到2009年6月发现加州雇主还在一直扣我的CADI， CAIT
， CAITSUPP这三项税。人事发现后停扣这三项税，并说等填税表的时候可以要回来。
现在请问：
1、我应该填哪张税表这个钱才能要回来。
2、以上三项税是人在加州就要征收，人一离开加州是不是就不用征收了？那我是不是
能要加2008年12月份多扣的那部分税呢？
请好心人回答一下，不胜感激。 |
