那么LDW 他们不负责cover. (但如果secondary driver和primary
driver 拥有同一个discover card account, 还可以cover.
但我是没戏了. :( )

另外还被告知的一点是: 出了车祸如果是本方的责任, 那么
不管当时是primary driver还是secondary driver在开车,
都将由primary driver的车保险cover 对方车. secondary

Syndrome"，这个名词来源于1964年的the myth of Kitty,这位美国女人 Kitty
Genovese在自己家附近被抢劫、强奸和谋杀，谋杀当时她尖叫，被她的邻居听到，当时
有38个目击者，却没有一个人给警察打电话，最后她死在去医院的途中。从此也有了一
