personal card, but it is Business card tied to the Business, so you'd better
not applying.
As for Mastercard business card, it will have some good thing like
MasterRental insurance is primary 31 days, while common platinum card is

Purchase Assurance is 10k/50k 90 days, while plat. is 1k/50k 90 days
Extended Warranty is upto 5 years, while plat. is upto 1 year

credit limit 就给了5k。主要是第一次申ink的时候遇到个好银行小二怕热，后面都用
同一个business的名义。一年后关了，去年申plus也很顺。今年申prefered，先网申，
pending的时候发现branch给的，bonus多，又跑local，两次都没见到business
specialist,留下申请表和相关信息，一周后打电话rec,发现还没submit,又给local打
电话，终于提交了。又打了两次rec电话，第一次被拒原因没听清，应该是说总credit
操过business spending了。 |

不好意思，但我觉得找老美，就是有依赖心理的表现。这个我也曾经掉进过这种陷阱。
做biz，sales和marketing是最最重要的事情了，作为一个founder，这个是不能够外包
给别人的。责无旁贷。
至于你的business将来成长了，你可以找个老美小二替你做。但开始的时候，这个如果
你不做的话，恐怕这business就不是你自己的了。
销售和marketing，再难，也要自己做。这样，你才能够掌控好自己的business。
找老美和找合伙人，都存在同样的问题。需要好好鉴别，人品重要。如果感兴趣的话，

兄弟，business有不同的形式。老美也是讲究"control"的。我做business的体会是，
找风投啥的，花了很多力气，最后效果不一定好，还耽误了很多时间。另外，搞不好，
就被风投给剥削了。
做business，是个choice。你可以选择去找风投，但我看到的例子，大部分风投的企业
，最后ceo不一定就舒服。不如自己掌控enjoy life。
VC投资，当然是要投一个团队了，这个没错。但对于你自己来说，是否是最佳的选择，
这个你作为创业者，要想清楚。
做business，很多时候靠"悟", 我们作为过来人，只能点到为止。否则，多说无益。

去年中成立了一个c corp，原来的home business就算关掉了。这个c corp实际上继承
了原来home business的所有东西。在财务上是否这些设备和器材可以作为从原来的

理？从C Corp报税的角度呢？

能力，他们崇拜各种明星，不愿献身科学，不再以学术研究为荣，聪明拔尖的学生都去
学金融、法律等赚钱的专业；而美国人因为认识到其硬能力( 例如数学) 不行，进行教
育改革，20 年后，不但保持了其软能力即非专业能力的优势，而且在硬能力上赶上中
