有时候吃完胸喂，基本每次吃完奶粉
自己就会打嗝，经常上百个，能打个十分钟左右
本来我们还给拍嗝，然后这么打嗝还挺有成就感
让他竖着给扶着脖子打
现在发现不需要拍自己就会这么打，看他自己也不难受
但是打这么多，不知道好不好
婆婆说他们那里要是小宝宝这么打嗝
都会给喂点水，让嗝停下来
看我故意让他打下去还觉得很不可思议
不知道哪个是正确的
给点水？让他横躺着，或者竖着？

close the door. You can go to another room and turn on music and rest for a
while. Let her cry for half an hour won't hurt her.
You need have good rest.Baby like to be hold while they sleep. I co-sleep
with my baby so she feels safe.
When she cried hard, leave her alone so you can calm down. Also, she still
needs to burp, otherwise gas will make her feel painful too. Burp her when
you switch |

我的奶水本来量就不够，宝宝还不愿意都吃光
靠他更不能提高产量
所以我基本全PUMP，然后不够的用FORMULA补足。
我的想法是
奶水够固然最好，
但是让宝宝吃饱才是王道。
我觉得奶水的营养和食物没什么太大的关联，
因为DEPLETE得是妈妈，好东西都先到奶水里去了
就想怀孕初期虽然吃不下什么，也不影响胚胎发育。
胀气很快就该好了呀，
PED说是到2个月就自己好了，你家小宝还有吗？
我家的一个月就自然好了，现在连BURP都省了，（主要是太重太长也BURP不了了）
疹子不知道是对特定食物过敏还是偶然的一次巧合
也许你并不需要再忌口。 |

喷，但是量不少，多为奶水状，豆花状很少，一般吐奶都在胸喂后30分钟内发生，只有
一次2小时后躺着hiccup的时候吐了一小口）。
想请问版上有经验的妈妈们，这种状况是吐奶还是reflux需要药物帮助呢？如果是吐奶
，是因为overfeeding了吗？
具体情况如下：
刚过7周的宝宝，一直胸喂，一周前开始，每次喂的时候，开始latch的很好，可是吸了
几下奶水突然增多，她常会被呛到，然后latch的就不是很好，会哭闹，身体扭动，因
为是胸喂，所以我可以很清楚的感觉到她喝奶的同时一起吸入了很多气，小肚子里面都
可以感觉到“咕咕”的声音。
以前喝奶，吃饱了，她眼睛就闭上了。现在吃完了怎么都不舒服，两只眼睛瞪的大大的
，一直动，有反弓的样子，拍burp起来很费劲。
本来这样经常是发生在晚上8点到11点之间，闹了一阵，吐了再喝些能睡3，4个小时。
这几天突然次数变多，昨天下午到今天中午，已经吐了3次了。
宝宝是很爱吃的，目前这么吐似乎还没有影响她的胃口，吐完了还有胃口再吃。睡眠目

霸王我们大人，她们两个配合很好的说）。小肥最霸王，吃东西闹，睡觉闹，
换尿布闹，洗澡闹。。我也特别抓狂，完全不想带小孩了。。。我和我LG说，
带一个真TNND的容易（除那种有病的小孩啦）
对了，你家小朋友和我家小肥的情况有点类似。。。你可以看看医生是不是
REFLUX，这个医生会开药。另外喂的时候竖抱着喂，BURP要竖抱半小时，最好
让小朋友打2-3个大呃，BURP时候多换姿势。。。多注意观察她什么姿势比较喜欢，
可以放松，舒服。。。就多模拟那些状态。。。
至于TRAIN小孩的问题，我建议你多观察一下小朋友吃东西，睡觉的情况，
在考虑怎么TRAIN吧。。。另外如果她白天的喂养的量上不去，是不适合TRAIN的。。。 |

赏他爸一个囫囵觉，可惜他爸不困，来灌水。
一般burp的充分了不会吐啊，可以考虑burp完再竖直抱5分钟。侧卧、antigas都可以试

如果可以再来一次，我一定要清洁奶瓶奶嘴、注意BURP。一定要懂得尽早就开始PUMP（我是第10天才开始PUMP的。因为医生护士当时只教了喂奶，还特意提醒我不要PUMP以免奶多得失控）。
出院开始从来不打包睡 （小人不爱打包）；
从第3个星期开始才知道要burp （之前她有气就随便她哭）
第二个月以后都是喂完直接放下睡。
小人睡觉的时候，我们锅碗瓢盆的声音如旧，说话走路如旧。
于是小人睡觉从来不怕噪音。（在马拉松现场呼呼大睡）
母乳不足，不得不给加FORMULA.开始是把它们放在一个瓶子里喂。后来和儿医说了，被制止。但是每顿都是先母乳，完了加FORMULA。很少是完全母乳或完全FORMULA。
尿布一天只换4-5次。屁股红过一次。后来每次热水热毛巾洗，再没有红过。
奶瓶一个半月消毒一次。（而且前8周月只用清水热水冲冲）前2个月都不知道PUMP的黄
色东西可以拆，以至第一次拆的时候发现里头有红色的（霉菌？）.后来才知道可以用
清洁剂洗。
PUMP的奶不放冰箱，最多一次放了7小时才给吃。（宝宝一次睡了7小时）

不会长的更浓密，但现在都凑合吧，健康就好，好好睡觉不要闹就好。
有了宝宝以后生活和以前完全不一样了，其实到现在也没有完全适应。很多时候我都缺
乏耐心，宝宝哭闹的厉害的时候我常常也很烦躁。幸亏有爸爸妈妈在，总是不断的鼓励
我说宝宝都是这样一天天的长大的，他们以无限的耐心感染我这个急脾气的新妈妈。
以后的路还很长，我和老公都需要更成熟更有耐心更有爱。
问三个问题：
1. 宝宝最近一周poop次数减少到一天一次，以前都是一天4-5次。现在都快48小时没有
poop了，这个有问题吗？喝奶（formula）睡觉都还正常。
2. 宝宝到现在也不爱跟我们互动，醒着就含pacifier自己手舞足蹈，要么就睡觉，用
那些有音乐的娃娃或者小动物逗他，他也就瞥一眼没什么兴趣的样子。这个阶段的宝宝
要玩什么呢？
3. 还是摸不准到底一顿该喂多少奶，之前6周growth spurt每顿5oz，后来似乎gas很厉
害吃多了不舒服就减到4-4.5oz，但最近三天每次喂完都很fussy，不愿意安静的burp，

几个小时哭啊！ 趁着前两个星期BABY不闹腾，赶紧歇着养身体吧。
胸喂：每边10-15分钟，娃在ACTIVE SUCKING就坚持喂。娃开始吃的心不在焉就
不喂了。加奶瓶（PUMPED MILK OR FORMULAR）。这样妈妈可以歇一下。躺着喂奶
最舒服。娃和妈后背都要顶枕头来固定。尤其妈妈身后一定要有东西顶，否则很累。
你这娃晚上1.5小时。真的不算啥了。我家6-8周时候好几天都是一夜只有2-3个
10-15分钟小觉的。几乎一夜都抱着。刚放下，去个厕所，人家又醒了。 娃就是这样，
前几个月大家都是熬过来的。先做好心理准备。带娃从来不是容易活。一晚上醒一次
1.5小时不错了。总比大哭1.5小时好吧？
光是尿可以不换尿布。臭臭必须换。一天10-25个尿布都有可能。有尿布疹则换的
勤一些。没有的话尿尿不用管也OK的。睡眠比尿了的尿布重要。换臭臭尿布比睡眠重要。
btw, 娃连续打嗝（hiccup），和你拍嗝（BURP），没任何关系。BURP是必须做的。

to sleep for many months. now, they are more than 1 year old. one still
needs to be held to sleep during the day. at night, one can sleep in the
crib and the other needs to co-sleep with me. They cannot sleep well in
crib because of reflux -- for premmies, it may take very long for them to

some reflux when they burp. we did not give them medicine since dr. said
long-term use of those medicines has side effect -- they give it only when
