解释一下：
OCEF的资助是学年制的，就是说，即使你是07年1月甚至5月捐的钱，仍然按06-07学年
执行，即06年9月至07年9月。
每年9月，一对一组会在开放新学年资助的时候给所有捐款人发一封电邮通报，一个月
以内，该学生将被保留在捐款人的帐户中，只有捐款人能够选择。一个月以后如果捐款
人没有持续资助，则开放给公众选择。
MASS EMAIL和资助PLEDGE以后的系统自动邮件里其实有比较完整的这方面的信息，不过
很普遍的一个情况是来在OCEF的邮件被作为JUNK MAIL拦截了，这个我们也没有什么好
办法。：（

我今年1月时捐赠了一个小孩，当时只付了50美元，够一年的费用。现在快一年了，我
想接着捐助他。但是在OCEF的网站上找不到继续捐助同一个小孩的选项。而在可供选择
的小孩里，好像也没找到那个小孩。
也找不到OCEF的咨询电话或者email. 希望有知道的人告诉我继续捐助这个孩子的办法

昨晚吃过饭，大概7点半左右，和LD在johnson park的boardwalk上散步。那时候天还很
亮，公园里还有好多人。我们在boardwalk往出口方向走，和三个20岁左右的黑人擦身
而过。过了大概30秒，他们就回头冲向我们，拿着两把抢指着我们的头让我们蹲下，抢
走了我们身上的东西，然后他们就向树林跑去。我们迅速向出口跑去，跑了十几秒就碰
到了一对白人夫妻和一个年轻人，他们帮助我们打了911。几分钟后，两辆警车赶到，
询问了我们大概的情况。这个公园的trail是一个loop，大约6,7分钟后另一批警察在
trail的另一个出口把他们三个人赃并获。但是好像没有在他们身上找到枪。随后警察
在树林里面搜寻武器。数了一下，大概出动了十辆警车。
