testing n interview. 估计收到的话最早也要11月多了，即使visa bulliten retro回
去也不会太影响吧，很快就能拿到EAD和AP基本上找工作或者回国都行。 |

发帖数: 1797 | 4 和我估计的一抹一样，奥本海默在EB2的抗议下，为了EB2前进要牺牲EB1了。
当然我们都希望不管是EB1还是EB2都能尽快绿，但是既然设定了不同category,
就应该按章办事把。什么叫EB1 Concurrent?
现在都要排期6个月到1年了，等着吧。
估计今年6月提交的eb1 485, 要到明年6月才能批了！
奥本海默说过，要保证EB2排期前进速度保持到2012年夏天，那么按照下面这个进度，大家可以想象多少EB2 485需要处理把？！

possible movement of the future visa bullitens. I don't know whether he gave
you this update or not. Our firm believes that VB will move to Q1 or Q2 of
2008 by the end of this fical year. Based on our information from a reliable
source, the demand from EB1 and EB2 ROW has been extremely low this year
and we are expecting 37-38k extra visa numbers." |

发帖数: 1162 | 7 My major finding is that they are sending out NVC notices along with the
Visa Bulliten. I think Mr.O is updating NVC on a monthly basis.
I think it's possible they will send more NVC notices around the time when
the next VB is coming out. We need to keep monitoring the situation
In other words, it's possible they may get more people on board.
Just my personal opinion. Anyway, they will move PD into 2008 for sure. |

I bet anything that Mr.O's office provided a list of possible PD dates to
NVC in April. Otherwise NVC wouldn't send out these notices starting from
April.
If we think about the series of events, we would know the big picture.
1. In April, AILA rleased that Mr.O said there are 12k EB1 left over. In the
same month, NVC started sending fee notices to the guys with PD in 2007.

date. For example, Phillipine FB4 Visa Bulliten reached 1/1/1991 in the
September 2010 VB! The guy in this article had PD of 1989 and he got fee
notice. The people with PD 1990 may not receive any notice, but they still

and PD movement.
I have an interesting finding: In this summer the EB2 will definitely move
to April 2008 or further! NVC is not sending these fee notices randomly.
They won't send fee notices until they think it is going to be current in
several months.
I searched more topics about NVC fee notice and came cross this article

Based on the EB3 movement in August bulliten, they will get 1k-2k from these
20k left over.
EB1 and EB2 ROW are current, but based on my analysis of trackitt data, they
are only 17% of June approval and 8% of July approval.
That's why I firmly believe there will be more than 10k Spillover for the
last month.
