右转一点，结果车屁股碰倒一根柱子，车在路上开始转圈，刮起一层路面和灰，车后部
彻底毁了。幸好出事的这几秒钟内，没有任何来往的车辆！！！！！
真是上帝保！老婆和我居然没事。我们仔细下车察看了周围路况，愕然发现，该出事点
的路边树上居然放有两个年轻俩美国人的遗像，鲜花还没凋谢！ 看来该地点应该是交
通事故频发地！！！！
后来警察都慢吞吞的来......

现在还在OPT期间，现在公司的H1B将在 10月1号生效。
问题：
1.如果现在立即跳槽，到10月一号前应该可以以OPT为新公司工作。但是10月1号后，如
果H1B的transfer还没有完成，是不是就必须停下来，直到H1B转到新的公司？
2.或者是不是只要在10月一号前辞职，就自动延续OPT，那么也就不必担心H1B
transfer的问题？

When you buy a house location is more important then the house itself, check
out the price for a house in CA and TX, you will know what I mean.
I often buy the house just for the location and bulldoze the house down and
build a new one from scratch, it sounds crazy, but it is often cheaper to
start fresh than try to fix a old one with problems (there are hidden
problems you can not even see, but will appear down the road) |

way you like, but one thing you can not change is the location, you are
stuck once it is bought.
I have in the past, bought the house just because the location and bulldoze
the old house and built a new one at the same location. To me location is
the most important factor in choosing a house. |
