一般不是说8，9月份上班的，1，2月份就面试完了吗？
现在才开始招人，估计要到12月份开始工作？如果8，9月份就开始，那也太赶了吧？

要什么昂贵的试验设备，所以我打算这样写，咨询一下大家的意见。
基本需要：
4-6台workstation,单价5000左右。
1台苹果destop 3000左右
1台苹果laptop 1000左右
一个博士后的两年的cost,10万左右。
两年的参加会议以及其他支出，1万。
总共15万左右。
如果budget允许，希望增加3年的RA cost, 每年3万
如果budge更允许，再增加2年的RA cost,每年3万 |

不行的 高度重叠的两个grants不可同时被REVIEW
在第一个grant的summary statement出来之前 是不能再送第二个类似的
除非你有办法把他们两个写得很不一样 这是我的理解 错了请指正
很难说 完全看你的program official 我会建议不要冒险
不可能 两种grants的mechanism不同 program announcement也不同
program official才没空跟你瞎忙 还等你改budget 然后把钱送上
这只有可能发生在R01上 R01没中但是分数很好 PO可能给你个R56
但是这都是发生在very senior的investigator
R03/R21不会发生的 |

人家可以空着，人家也可以不爱空着，对吧？空着还要解释为啥这些申请者都和不合格
（如果矮子里都实在拔不出高个，不是更打脸吗？)。
我没见nobel奖哪年空着了，如果空了倒好，估计那些大牛才抓狂呢，不空还有希望，
空了直接宣布这个世界上还没得的人已有的成就都不qualify。微软为了大妈的心理健
康，大家还不领情。
申请这事，本来符合不符合都会去申请吧
如果这些大妈觉得学术界和工业界标准这么不同，我觉得学术界应该有个潜规则，以后
所有的奖项都应该不符合强申的人都公布出来，把不符合的地方指出来 --- 道德败坏
嘛---这个和那个AP的情况一样，不能说成功了才是道德败坏，不成就是浮云吧？
那这里以后才有戏看了，也许出来哭的又是同一批家属，lol
件的人或更合适的人招你是很正常的。award对申请人是不是qualify要严些，因为有合
适的人就给，没合适的完全可以空着。当然这个奖也是爱给谁给谁，但微软这个奖是每
年都发的，如果微软要是在意这个奖项的reputation，而且避免以后的麻烦，就会严格

budge deficit/trade deficit。美国政府在用public debt替换private debt 来减缓
deleveraging。不管一个人，企业还是政府，他的信用不管有多强大，都不可能是无限
的。US treasury bond的需求是也有limit的，不可能容纳无节制的供给。总有一天会
有越来越多的人开始担心government default或者通过增发货币的indirect default,
进而推高长期利率，让美元贬值。在目前的政策下，这不是会不会发生的问题，而是什
么时候发生的问题。
关键点不在通胀，而在long-term bond interest rate和US currency depreciation。
所以虽然不太会成为70年代wage-push inflation样子的通胀。但你也可以说是另一种
类型的通胀。 |

barely budge, based on that I think the market seems fully priced in the
upcoming QE taper, and as such, itself won't set off market correction, but
I am not convinced that economy is as strong as people would like to believe
, and after tapering, we may wake up and find growth decelerated
considerably. The latest GDP growth data in my view benefits a lot from
inventory build up.

Offer -20K (off listing after price drop)
Seller Counter: +10K (offer price)
My counter: +500 (offer price)
Result: accepted
Final price is at 6% off original listing price.
You have the chance to get it since there is a counter but seller might not
want to budge instead of accepting an offer slightly better than yours.
Unless this is a reduction in price recently, seller does not seem to have
multiple offers.

the main difference is the engine. Platinum is about 40% more power than the
compact model (291 cc vs 208). that means it can throw the snow further
away. Of course, if you do have the budge, go for the platinum model. For me

didn't pay the HOA, most likely property tax was not paid as well so it
could be a tax lien on the property already (this could delay closing). If
there are things need to be fixed, you can always ask but the banks usually
would not budge.

lower level as such. Or doesn't...如果你有证据证明seller or your agent leads
you believe that the listing doesn't include the footage of the bonus room,
I do believe you have a case. I can find you a case law for that. But I am
agent, not a lawyer. You need to find a lawyer if the seller doesn't budge
if the misrepresentation is from the seller. At this point, be careful of
what you say to your buyer agent too as the misrepresentation could come
