其采取限制出口措施。美国意在对中兴造成毁灭性打击，对中国政府和产业界形成战略
威慑，以增加谈判筹码。透过中兴事件，赛迪智库集成电路研究所认为，中芯国际可能
是下一个被美国制裁的对象。制裁中芯国际，美国可以达到扼杀中国集成电路产业的战
略效果。 从短期看， 我国当务之急是尽快解决中兴被制裁问题； 从长期看， 则必须
强化战略风险管理， 可借鉴美国做法， 加强对境内企业的安全合规审查和产品的安全
评测，对美国的整体战略意图进行持续深入研判，以防患于未然。
2016 年 3 月 7 日，美国商务部工业与安全局（BIS）以违反美国出口管制法规为由，

新请了一个ceo，就是之前摩托罗拉移动部门卖给google时的ceo。一个确实算是精英的
老印，在高通从一个底层工程师迅速做到vp级的高管，后来被聘为摩托罗拉移动公司的
ceo，再后来把moto卖给了谷歌。

没有。
broadcom原来没有GPS chip，不过是买了个小公司而已，然后宣称一些莫名其妙的专利
，它练从服务
器分包压缩ephemerus数据都要申请专利，那就有病了。
而且现在的公司如果用了qualcomm的芯片一般都有协议不能再用broadcom的东西，
broadcom想做手

Broadcom is underminded by her own employees, who were selected by Broadcom.
They are not the founders of Broadcom. All they want is salary, greed card
from Broadcom. Whether Broadcome would prosper or even survive is of no
interest to them.

按时间顺序：
1.费城一家做zigbee的startup，给的工资费城地区中等，关键就是赌option，我自己
在学校跟着老师就做这个，也面过大小几家做这个的公司，这家公司是个EE的PHD nerd
当老板，已经创业失败过一次了，勇气可嘉
公司产品其实是各个技术的组合，zigbee+sensor+mobile+cloud server组成的整体办
公和家电的控制系统，涉及范围广，但没有哪一块真的称得上是核心技术有自己的
patent的，我觉得还得看市场行情和他们的产品marketing那些做的如何
面经：小公司我就不多说了，这些都是我做过的，所以他们要的是直接上手做事的人，
所以没什么普遍意义。 另外考察了下基础知识，那可真是基础知识…… 大学一年级的
都会……
2.IBM的Emerging Leaders Program, title是software engineer，在德州，待遇不错
，base 80K，估计在达拉斯那地方得爽歪了，这个program招的是要培训成manager

Archer C8 MSRP $155美元，Amazon有售，卖140。这个价格有点高，考虑到Netgear
Nighthawk是AC1900，打折才130，这个C8应该会降价
Archer C9还没有开卖。
这两个路由器是TP-Link首先开始支持beamforming的。

我要了90k的salary ＋ 其他和broadcom可比的stock补偿。 这个很难衡量。
Broadcom一贯是惊人的stock option数量。 Apple是RSU，发股票，但是不知道数量多
少。 所以现在很头疼。
另外，楼上知道的，现在sign in bonus拿要多少合适？ 我根本就没想要过。
另外象relocation该要多少？ 我自己倒是一个人开车搬家从LA去SF，不想要什么钱。
但是国内老小是不是还需要公司负责一下机票什么的？ 我知道broadcom这边是老婆孩
子来美国，公司报销商务舱的。 |

fulltime，平时parttime。
但其实我是在申请ASIC/Mixed Signal IC verification/Design的intern职位，不过还
在等待消息.
现在的问题是broadcom要我3.29之前回复.
想问板上的同学：

发帖数: 182 | 45 今早先喝了一肚子水，跑大老远去Irvine撒了泡尿(化验用)。。嘿嘿
然后上Broadcom新的Campus参观了一番，哇塞，那个漂亮啊，大手笔
就是大手笔。食堂还有咖啡厅，今天正好卖新鲜Smoothie, 搞了杯
绿茶雪沙，赞！真TM腐败！。。竟然还有个drink叫Broadcom Blast?
到Device Test floor 参观，看到我以前参与设计的仪器被付与实用，
感觉到好像没白忙活那么多年。然后就遇见了个这辈子见过最漂亮的女工程师，
20出头，刚从UCIrvine 毕业，那身材，长相比什么Miss Chinatown之类的强老了。
总之，公子我以后要混Irvine了，希望可以经常养养眼。。嗯..

发帖数: 4951 | 46 其实也不是都需要去到STARTUP，特别是EARLY STAGE的STARTUP，确实看不准，风险大。最近很多例子看起来，最好是一个公司行业热，业绩还不错，公司团队里面有些牛人和有LEGACY的人，然后在他们IPO之前半年一年打进去，那样的投入产出，风险系数是来得最好了。
另外其实就是一些WELL ESTABLISHED的公司，如果大家做足功课，也没准能找到比较好的TARGET。比如两三年前的APPLE，BROADCOM。 BROADCOM最近和NOKIA签了一单大合同不知谁注意新闻了，过去NOKIA手机上的BASEBAND芯片都是TI（德州仪器）做的，现在给BORADCOM做了，所以看起来BROADCOM至少好像也该还算是个好去处。。。
还是那句话，大家多交流。否则我们不发财，总有乌洋乌洋的人爆发，咱们的实际生活水平，房子购买力，明摆着那就是在梦里夜夜哭醒而降低。 |

发帖数: 81 | 47 Qualcomm买Atheros主要还是看上wifi这一块，想跟Broadcom干吧。
等Qualcomm 3G/4G芯片在iphone里面有了位置，再集成个wifi/BT，很有可能把
Broadcom的wifi芯片从iphone里面踢出去。
Broadcom一直在3G/4G这块追赶Qualcomm，现在Qualcomm也回马一枪。
