周， 他要来做guest coach， 在我儿子最近参加的一个训练group里。看能否搞张照片
。这应该是俺这里乡下能见到的最top 的了吧。
We have a new Pro for the last two weeks of the year in the College Prep
Group on Wednesdays - Brian Baker.
Brian is rehabing his knee and will return to the ATP circuit this spring
but in the meantime he will be a guest Pro for the top groups. Brian is
currently ranked #53 in the world and played all four majors in 2012 and
reached the round of 16 at Wimbledon. |

download一个全马训练计划，按照计划跑步训练。J.D.的书非常详细的解释了为什么一
个跑者要follow这样的计划，以及如何科学的规划一个训练周期。但是这本书给我的印
象是跑步技术(running technique)的细节讲得不多。
然后网上偶然找到Brian Martin的Running technique(这本书不贵，amazon上kindle版

最近看了本80年代的书，讲synthesizer的。对于synthesizer这种一日千里的技术型乐
器来说， 这书是够老的了。不过当中有一段81年对Brian Eno的访谈倒是颇有启发。以
下是几个让人印象深刻的观点：
1。 合成器这个东西不是越复杂越好
Brian Eno觉得自己算不上一个musician （f**k)。 这话说出来有人大概要骂他是大尾
巴狼。 更气人的是后面他还说自己也没什么时间练习 (F**K!!)。 不过他说自己是做
sound的， 大概就没人持不同观点了。 他说现而今做synthesizer的有一趋势， 就是
越做越复杂， 能拧的钮越来越多， 大家以能够做出更多的声音的可能性为荣。 不过
这样一来， 玩儿家就有一个很大的问题： 不熟悉自己使用的声音， 进而就不知道什
么样的声音最适合自己要做的音乐。 举个例子， Jimi （亨季克斯家的吉米) 每天摸
的就是他的stratocaster， 他对stratocaster的特性非常熟悉， 所以他可以利用这些
特性达到自己的目的。 如果声音的可能性太多， 一个乐手就象是每天都拿起一样新的 |
