在杯子里或其他玻璃器皿里，勺子挖着吃，这个硬体的是做为蛋糕切块吃的。这个蛋糕
是作为生日蛋糕送给一个朋友的，个人认为表面的装饰有点失败，把上面的字都盖住了

不过味道倒是尝了，最好的原料还能不好吃么？
应大家要求补上方子。
我的原料：8+1/2寸活体模
蛋黄4个，Mascarpone cheese（马斯卡彭芝士）2盒约500g，heavy whipping cream
1盒约500ml，糖70g＋50g，蜂蜜70g,ladyfingers手指饼2+1/2袋，咖啡酒（rum 或brandy）15ml,Espresso咖啡50g,吉利丁粉一小包。装饰用可可粉和糖粉适量，麦粒素30粒。
我的做法：
1 把70g糖＋70g蜂蜜和蛋黄混合打发至柠檬色，隔热水加热（先烧开水，然后转小火）5分钟并不断搅拌，然后把其冷却到室温。
2 吉利丁粉一小包用40g热水溶解，倒入打发的蛋黄糖糊中，放入Mascarpone cheese充分搅拌。
3 加少量糖（也可不加）打发鲜奶油（heavy whipping cream）到提起 |

这菜是我自己发明的。或者说是我做饭从来不看菜谱自己琢磨的。
这道菜的特点是有肉有菜，适合象我种只吃肉对菜不挑剔的人。好学易做不看锅不油烟。
主料：鸡腿或鸡翅 （我喜欢鸡腿的原因是懒得吐骨头）
淹：操用作时20分钟
酱油生抽 + 老抽，黑胡椒，蜂蜜少许，桂皮粉，蒜粉，老干妈或红油一点。
青葱两根切长条。姜切几片。料酒（用光了所以我放了Brandy）
肉打两下花刀，将上述扔一起把肉抓匀放饭盒里扔冰箱。放一晚。
烤前：操作用时10分钟
青红椒各两个切圈，洋葱一个切条放在烤盘底下。撒少许盐。
鸡肉放上面，每块鸡都用橄榄油抹均这样不会烤干。
烤：
根据你家烤箱温度不同，我用450靠30分钟靠熟，然broil 五分钟挂色。。

出国多年，我不懂啥是中国的酒文化。生活在美国多年，我不做生意，很少跟美国人一
起喝酒，所以，也不知道啥是美国的酒文化。我只能凭有限的经历和感觉来瞎侃一下中
国人喝酒与美国人喝酒的不同，以及我所了解的美国酒文化。我是个没啥文化的人。如
果侃错了酒文化，全是因为我没文化。
我觉得在大多数情况下，尤其是在官场上和生意场上，中国人请客喝酒的目的与美国人
请客喝酒的目的是不同的。中国人喜欢在一件事未发生之前喝酒。比如请领导或同事喝
酒，是为了将来的好前程或有事相求；请生意人喝酒，是为了将要与其做一笔生意。酒
桌上，宾主之间用酒联络感情，拉近关系，曾加信任。酒喝好了，领导喝满意了，将来
的前程可能就有了些着落；酒喝好了，生意对方喝高兴了，生意基本上也就成了。所以
说，中国人请客喝酒是为了给以后的合作铺路，是一场戏的前奏。

那种精致型鸡尾酒不一样,是开party人多的时候大家一起喝的.
名字叫White Sangria,是白葡萄酒和Brandy混在一起的鸡尾酒.里面浸泡了橙子,柠檬,
青檬,再加点点糖,搅拌均匀,泡上个4,5个小时就可以开喝了.因为是纯酒的饮料,所以喝
的时候要加冰块,否则度数太高了.

有翻糖皮的缘故也不易损坏，所以制作好的翻糖蛋糕室温保存2-3天是没有问题的，一
般也不建议冰箱存放。
翻糖蛋糕的主要装饰材料自然是翻糖（Fondant），它的全称其实是Rolled fondant，
对应的还有一种叫Poured fondant（一种不太常见的甜点夹馅）。因为前者在蛋糕装饰
上非常常见，现在往往简单地用Fondant来代替了。市售的成品翻糖，一般是用食用甘
油（Glycerin）加糖粉（Powdered）和吉利丁（Gelatin）还有少量其他原料所制成的
，因为它的特殊质地（像橡皮泥）便于造型，出现之后迅速流行，成为婚礼等各种重要
的庆典场合所用蛋糕的装饰主角。它的出现，让“只有你想不到的，没有你做不出来的
”造型成为可能。
我这次购买了两个品牌的翻糖，差别很大，各有特点。覆盖整个蛋糕表面的是
Fondarific牌子的香草味古典白色（classic white）翻糖，2磅重。是象牙白那种带一

了的时候用微波炉解冻肉末的同时切红葱，然后起锅炒熟就好，能保证短时间内吃上
饭。另外这个菜适合速冻，所以不论是偷懒不想做饭的时候还是给孩子带饭都是很好
的选择，属于我们家冷冻室的常客。
说到米饭，现在都流行多吃粗粮，薯条家吃糙米饭也有好几年了。记得刚买回糙米的
时候，因为听好多人说糙米饭不好吃，所以我们都是混着白米一起煮的。可是糙米的
部分硬硬地夹生状很影响口感，多放水没什么帮助不说，反而让白米饭变得特别软烂
，两者变得都不好吃。有听说全部用糙米煮出来的饭很好吃，可是我们家的电饭锅是
最简单的，按键压下去开始煮，煮好了按键就弹起那种，没有高级电饭锅分类烹煮的
功能。直到有一回在饼版看到有人分享煮糙米的简便方法，试过之后果然很好用：
那就是在煮糙米的时候（全部都用糙米哦，不要混别的米）多加点水，差不多是煮同
等量的白米饭所用水量的1.5-2倍。冷水就可以，生的糙米也不需要提前浸泡，淘好

家具)，近餐馆商店云集的Main Street, 近木兰餐厅, 近Bentley和Brandies

俺LD比较节俭。
我也就买了两瓶remy martin, 一年一瓶， LD就看不顺眼了， 人很快
就能找到一家29.99 72oz brandy的店， 虽然口感比xo差了点， 但是还能接受。
不得不服。 刚拿回来我都不敢喝， 太便宜， 怕是假酒， 还在网上狗了半天。 |
