“一个强有力的信号”，表明“只要符合当地法规，外资企业在中国市场上就有极大的
扩张空间”。
如今，云计算成了日益沮丧的全球公司与中国发生争执的又一个领域。
3月底，50多位美国议员致信中国驻美大使崔天凯，直接抨击中国对云计算领域的限制
。他们写道，现行条例和条例草案将会强制把有价值的知识产权转让给中国企业，并在
实质上禁止外国云服务提供商“在中国经营或公平竞争”。
