发现一般invisalign不如传统metal braces有效是因为前者可以自己拿下来 后者不能
如果自己能够坚持一直戴 就不比后者less effective, if not more

1。Back brace
这个就可以了，不同型号有些差别无所谓，尽快围上。walmart/walgreen等药店都有。

围上这个好处是：1）止痛。2)保护扭伤部位不再受力。3）保暖。
注意：不可长期佩戴。一般是3周以下。否则会引起肌肉萎缩，反而对腰不好。
2。保暖。
如果围着back brace就是很好的保暖了，进一步的话就是放一个hand warmer进去。
3。如果有条件，可以针灸或者按摩手三里穴，同时转动/俯仰腰部。——国内针灸科的
经验。手三里在小臂靠近肘部，大家可以自行google.
4.后期保养。
加强腰部肌肉锻炼，特别要时刻注意腰部保暖。

的部分设计力，直接影响到结构的安全。如何确定这部分Transfer Force ，是设计的
重要步骤。这部分力，包括梁，柱，垂直brace,和水平brace, 确定最终设计值非常消
耗时间。
当前很多工程师不能正确计算Transfer Force,或不能理解Transfer Force 的产生，误
认为就是梁的轴向力，这是错误的理解，导致错误的设计。
在重工业工程钢结构设计中，STAAD Pro 比较流行，但是这个程序不能正确提供
Transfer Force,直白的说，其提供的结果是错的。但是很多工程师因为不知道基体的
原因，也不知道如何计算，将错就错，仞用STAAD程序提供的结果。就这个问题，我多
次向这个程序公司反应，要求更新。直到现在没有见到任何更正。
为了弥补这部分错误，我针对性的设计了一个 Transfer Force Spreadsheet,用于计算
Transfer Force, 不管多少荷载组合，多大的程序，都能运用，只需要原程序模型就行。

了。最传统的那个钢轱辘的，人民币大概也就3000左右；还有一种效果和钢轱辘的差不
多的，但是材质是透明的，戴起来比较没这么尴尬的，大概就6000多；同样是透明的这
个，还有一种可穿戴的，能脱下来的，奇怪吧；没人的时候你带着，有事儿要见人怕尴
尬了，可以脱下来的，这个就贵了，大概得1万出头。
还有一种是把钢圈放在牙齿内侧的，从外面看完全看不见，这个更贵，1万5起吧
我看了好多，也比较了一下；我 推荐你一种，有个叫damon brace system的牙套；这
个看起来也是钢轱辘（牙医说，其实就是传统的 钢轱辘 效果最好），和传统的比较起
来，这个叫damon的方法，在你牙套的最后面（就是你腮帮子那的最后一颗牙的牙套上
），安置一个非常精巧的类似滑轮的东西。这样当钢圈读你牙齿施加压力让牙齿移位的

heat shield左上角的brace卸掉，固定前者的螺母很容易就卸下来了，可是brace上的
螺母怎么也卸不下来，喷了好多PB blaster, 还拧坏了一个ratchet socket，就是纹丝
不动，求支招！ |

10-40 (or 45) go for bracing, there are many options, you need to see a doc
for that. according to my experiences, the brace made in US is much better
than that in china. while cheaper. remember to do Xray every half a year, be
sure to cover the whole length of the spine, which needs a special x-ray
machine. If not available, use several films and combine together.

This is not the end of the world. There are many illnesses much worse than
this...But check with a trustworthy hospital to make sure it is rickets (not
something else).
At 2yrs the family can wait a bit & give the legs a chance to straighten
naturally. If this fails, there are splints and/or braces. The chest may
be monitored for a bit too, before rushing to bracing. |

去年夏天打网球的时候，竟然把膝盖的十字韧带扭断了，当时就无法行走了，只要使劲
就‘塌’了。马上去emergence，被告知骨头没问题。去看specialist，结果两周才排
上，期间腿在immobilizer 里固定，肌肉都萎缩了。好不容易看上医生，说acl断了，
其它没什么事，一周后手术。在手术前的一周拼命练range of motion和strength,可是
没有恢复到较好的程度，现在想想应该多恢复一下再手术，那样效果会好一些。唉，还
应该去找个second opinion,我那个医生真是二。
后来手术了，surgery report 上说干了三件事：
1. acl重建 using hamstring tendon
2. 切除medial plica
3. shave了一下后半月板，因为发现一点小伤
然后就pt什么的，要说有什么不正常那就是大概2，3周的时候腿伸直时膝盖骨会突然
shift一下，reflexion三个月时候140,也能伸直，就是没有以前的hyperextension了。
四个月的时候开始light jump，没什么大问题，就是膝盖在腿就快伸... 阅读全帖 |

把粘的braces弄掉。苹果，梨这些比较硬的水果最好别吃，芒果相对比较软，问题不大
，但要切成小块吃，不要直接啃，同样排骨，猪蹄如果炖的比较烂，问题也不大，但也
不要直接啃。 |

EI是不要钱的，赶紧上网找，然后我听说有些东西（比如某些brace啊之类的）通过EI
也不要钱，或者有折扣，就是慢一点，要很多paperwork。奇怪啊，你的医生为什么不
建议你赶紧去找他们？貌似通过他们找的specialist，也不要钱的，就是什么都慢一点。

orthodontists. 3个建议拔4个premolars in order to have a better profile, 1个
说半年后再来观察（没回去）， 2个做damon brace的说不用拔。另一个家附近的也说
不用拔。
找了附近那个说不用拔牙的orthodontist. 做了模子，照了x光片，然后她说如果只牙
边上磨一下，只能最多改变3-4mm, 矫正完和之前没有什么区别。建议拔掉4个premolar.
是不是还是拔掉4个premolar. 否则，2年时间，$6000, 矫正前后没什么变化，这不是
浪费钱和时间，还白受矫正牙齿的痛吗？早知道她会这样，就去远点的damon brace那
儿了。现在牙套也放上了，让我6星期内决定是否要拔牙。
请问有没有孩子矫正牙齿拔掉4个premolor的，效果好吗？有后悔的吗？非常感谢。 |
