我想波士頓了 我想大家了 我想吃東西了 把我吃過的大波士頓美食總結一次吧~

where to look. I have lived in Boston for years and have never payed to put
my car in a garage. Good areas to find spaces are Charles Street between the
Public Garden and Boston Common, Newbury Street and Boylston Street in the
Back Bay (and any of the side streets that run between Newbury and Boylston)
, Harrison Avenue in Chinatown, and most of the side streets in and around
Post Office Square.

Prudential 呢，Copley(Simon) Mall呢？Newbury 和 Boylston两边的时尚店面你都没
见过？
再跟你说郊区的mall，全美国最大的室内mall我去过，都觉得很无聊，一群大妈大爷鱼
龙混杂，感觉就是单纯来购物而不是来逛街的。虽然Newbury和Boylston两边不能跟纽
约第五大道比，但是光鲜亮丽的小鲜肉不要太多哦，天天跟看时装秀一样。作为男人，
我不喜欢逛mall，但是我就喜欢在newbury路边的咖啡店外坐着，看着跟时装秀一样的
逛街男女，堵着慢悠悠往前蹭的车流，不时还混杂着大牛和大马什么的。
娱乐不要太多，简单举个例子，在小尾羊吃火锅都能听到一群小留在那吹牛和八卦，一
群老留在那骂老板。 |

了纯BSO了？那不是一个严肃runner的态度。写出来，也给大家当一个反面教员吧。以
后哪位跑友读了觉得有用，记得见面的时候请我老人家喝杯茶。

我老人家这次的波马，以彻底崩溃的5：00：16完成，混上了牌牌，穿上了夹克。虽然
成绩很糟糕，但是我老人家在困难的时候收获了家人，同学，跑友和同事们的关心和支
持，同时这次经历让俺对自己的实力和身体有了更深入的了解。就像大使说的，我老人
家收获最大！
再次感谢俺的领导和小情人们。再次感谢俺同学的帮助。再次感谢各位朋友，特别是德
狼和姚明的关心。

应该说我老人家对这一段时间的训练还算是满意的。基本上保持了55-60mpw的跑量。我
老人家发现，60mpw基本上就是俺的上限了。过了这个量，工作生活就会受到影响。基

起点Hopkinton
起点：4月18日星期一，三万多人聚集在Hopkinton 镇 波士顿马拉松的起点。几个小时
以后，滚滚人流将分成数波沿着42公里195米的公路跑进，走进（可能还有爬进，抬进
）波士顿市中心。当日春光明媚，风和日丽，如果是做观众那真是爽极了。
终于轮到自己的wave corral出发了。人群在激动叫喊中慢慢地移动起来，比起波马的
威名来，起跑线上的拱门真谈不上显赫，离它还有十米的时候，我才意识到这就要开始
了，赶紧打开runkeeper, 几乎在踩到起跑计时线的那一刻按下garmin 310的开始键。
波马毕竟是大马拉松，开始跑，根本就迈不动腿，虽然谈不上人山人海，磨肩接踵是绝
对的。
200米过去，虽然跑得不快（大概8分的pace）,但无风，强烈的光照，加上人们呼出的
燥热空气，阳光灿烂，热气滚滚，让人有一种初进桑拿房的感觉。自己的脚尖基本是踩
着前面runners的脚后跟前进。第一英里的大下坡让大家加了点速，但也不快，配速低
于7:40min/mile。好玩的是，刚跑出半英里，已经有runners憋不住，跑进旁边的小树

看来他们好像是被逼的，整整几个小时都没有休息，就看见他们就在那闭着眼不停地反
复在做着那几个动作。他们前面的摊子上摆满了血淋淋的所谓“迫害法轮功份子”的图

公司离爆炸地点不远，两年祭的时候Boylston St上吹风笛，Amazing Grace，悲怆至极。
真正反绿是后来和几个穆斯林同事接触，人家一点也不为同宗出恐怖分子shame，还说

就连多米尼加那种小国家，每年都有一天在Boylston St上要游行一把，几辆搭载大功
率喇叭的汽车，放着舞曲，一帮人边走边跳，举着他们小国的国旗，明明没几口人，还
欢乐的不行。
你这种总恨不得扎进洋逼里过光明节提升逼格的才最可悲。
老外的节跟着过过凑热闹，不能当真，就像你看见老黑在广州过春节，贴窗花吊钱对联
福字，穿上大红大绿袄，逮谁给谁拜年，一样拿他当神经病，相反要是有几个老黑在广
州穿着民族服饰跳民族舞欢庆自己的节日，你还多少会高看一眼一样。
华人就该过春节，端午，八月十五，重阳这些传统节日，立夏立冬该吃嘛吃嘛。洋人节
，心情好了布置布置起个哄，忙了累了就睡一天，去他妈滴，跟咱有鸡毛关系？ |

over the site of two explosions at the annual Boston marathon on Monday,
and briefly ordered flights bound for Boston's Logan International Airport
held on the ground at airports around the country.

Well, this is a positive development.
A source has confirmed to Fox 25 that investigators have identified a
suspect believed to be responsible for the Boston Marathon bombing and that
an arrest is imminent.

说要换后轮轮胎，pad,stabilizer,刹车片。大约700。说是必须得换要不过不了
INSPECTION
修车的说方向盘振动很小，车体振动也很小，不用在意。。
在BOYLSTON ST那的一个地方检查的。。85刀。
跟车主说平摊。OK。
车主一女生不太懂车，我也不太懂。。
今天没换，过几天我们有空了再换。 火花塞 油滤什么的能自己换么。。? 我是新手，
学机械的。。看

因为有假期要用， 一时不知道去哪好就决定再去缅因吃龙虾了顺便看看红叶。感谢一
下SethI同学提供的白山攻略， 都省了我做功课了， 直接按他说的走了。
一进康州就见到不少警察， 都是在处理车祸， 比较严重的是一辆jeep翻滚， 顶棚都
瘪了， 貌似气囊没有弹出。95的康州路段堵车基本上都是车祸引起的。
麻省地段警察比较猛，经常会看到警察劫人开单。New Hampshire警察出现的频率比较
少。缅因local的警察喜欢在僻静的地方埋伏， 不可不防。去Acadia National Park的
时候， 一个长下坡， 我开的也不快，就40几迈， 对向一个警车过来， 过去半个迈之
后在路中间掉头扑过来，晴天霹雳一样的感觉， 靠， 再一看路边牌子，那么宽阔的马
路限速居然是25了， 警车追上来就在后面顶着我， 限速25真没法开了。赶紧找个小路
口转进去， 警察盯了我一眼就走了。。。。后来我在小town里转了一圈继续前行的时
候突然发现我前面的那辆车就是刚才那辆警车。不知道什么时候居然绕警察后面了。
再后来他去路边埋伏， 我就严格按照限速开走了。。。

生活购物也非常便利，门口有CVS，步行5分钟到shaws，各种快餐和fenway，kenmore的
餐馆都在10
分钟步行范围内。如果比较喜欢逛街，走到newbury和prudential也只要10-15分钟.
公寓管理办公室在隔壁，每周六天，随时有人，紧急服务24/7，可养宠物, 地下室公共
洗衣房. 租期五
月一号开始，到八月底结束，可续租。如有需要也可以租3间中两间或者全套。
