发帖数: 4256 | 1 关键是进playoff这个门槛。现在AL East playoff是三队之中取两队，而目前BoSox战
绩最差，是最容易被先打出局的。。。但是臭袜子还在苟延残喘中。。。现在loss
column差7场，如果是只是差了3，4场，那就变成是三家混战，谁能出线就很难说了。
仔细看一下NYY剩下的32场, 7场对Rays，6场对BoSox，还有头疼的blue jays6场, Buck
Showalter的新金鸟队6场 。。。赛程非常艰难。如果要真刀真枪的打到最后几天，
NYY的这些个老帮菜能不能挺的住都很难说，更别说精力充沛的准备打playoff了。
如果BoSox在接下来的俩礼拜中loss column到了10场，那就歇菜了。。。NYY可以顺顺
当当的准备playoff，该养伤的养伤，该休息的休息。。。再进WS就大有希望了，呵呵。 |

30岁以上的美国本土cubbies and bosox fans， 我敬重。
但是对于我们这些大部份是到美国才开始看棒球，饭球队的人，你还要说cubbies and
bosox fans比yankees fans有更高的道德操守，就有些搞笑了。
我们之中的sox fans， 1918这个恶魔和他们并无太大的牵挂。打个不恰当的比方，现在
你和国内的孩子们说八国联军如何无恶不作， 想激起他们的同仇敌忾怕是不容易了。我
们之中的yankees fans， 26次WS中的大多数对他们来说也是历史。就象现在还以为吹嘘
雄唐盛汉，只会招来别人的嘲笑。
我是yankeesfan, 是因为我拿了Columbia得offer(当然Caimi我还是敬佩的).当年如果我
拿了mit得offer, 也许就是sox fan了；Berkeley, 也就是As了。少来什么wangon
jumper, 我看问题就这么简单。 |

吃嘛，要看你喜欢什么口味。玩嘛，去Harvard摸摸伪哈佛的铜脚,去MIT转转。人文方面
，可以去到plymouth看看5月花号，到Concord 转转historic park,看看打响美国独立战
争第一枪的地方， 走一走freedom trail，如果是12月31号的话，还可以去boston com
mon看一看冰雕以及first night。再去著名的wellesley女校转转。对了，Harvard SQ里
的John Harvard's酒吧可以一去。他们家自己酿的啤酒，每天口味都不一样。哈佛的铜像
并不是哈佛本人，而是找了个年轻的帅小伙，照着他的样子给塑了个铜像。

I really have doubt with Bosox GM D.Duquette on his
management ability on this team.
well, people will say that he did a pretty good job to keep
this team a contender. yeah, but look at how much money he
has thrown in this team.
A recent example of his stupid is giving up a top promsing
young arm for another broken, light-hitting catcher couple
days ago. What a joke. Duchscherer, 6-3, 2.44era, this
season in AA, and was just prompted to AAA. was traded to
the pitching starved Taxes range |

better confuse the hitters. That said, I agree that he's good at an age
of 24.

what. Greinke is not mentally tough enough. I watched the one game playoff
between Min and KC last season, Greinke pitched scared and lost the game...4
ER in 6 Innings, 96 pitches. To me, he is not the pitcher I will choose
when the game is on the line...not even close.
btw, I think the best pitcher in the MLB right now is Roy Halladay, who
never pitched for the BoSox or NYY, so... |

每年辛辛苦苦打162场，好不容易打进季后赛了，结果连着两三年都第一轮出局，而且
都栽在同一个队手上。。。真的是心灰意冷，很可怜。
NYY GM Cashman 说过MLB里最好的organization就是twins...希望双胞胎今后几年咸鱼
翻身，等red sox进playoff的时候，一举打败BoSox然后晋级。。。呵呵。
Btw, 俺认为 MLB里最好的manager，就是Twins 的 Tom Kelly. 最knowledgeable的
baseball man 是Bobby V. |

It is much easier for bosox to come back playing in that bambox fenway park.
Routine fly ball to right field becomes a double in that ball park. |

games...but when playoff starts,they went back to be a juggernaut.
so no worries,my friend. look at last year's SFG...I never seen worse OF
lineup from a WS team.
and if BoSox sneak in, they might be a beast in the playoffs, you never know
